Important information:

Guests will be required to provide their full billing details for their credit card prior to arrival. Form of payment may not be changed on the date of arrival.

The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card.

Please note there no open bar available during the final weekend of May (Memorial Day Weekend).

Pets up to 13.6 kg can be accommodated for a daily USD 25 fee and a USD 100 cleaning fee. Contact property for details.

Pros:

Os funcionários são extremamente gentis ! Tudo que é servido é de boa qualidade, café da manhã e jantar, preparado por um chef. A localização é excelente!

Amazing hotel, the best place to stay in South Beach!
Pros:

This property is amazing! The location is fabulous. Everything about this hotel was perfect!
The things we loved:
1. With your stay you get access to beach chairs that are set up and ready for you along with nice big beach towels. There is also a place to buy sodas and snacks where your chairs are. It’s about a 2 minute walk across the street.
2. The hotel has a happy hour where guest will get a free drink. I had the best mojito of our whole trip at the bar. The food is also great!
3. The breakfast was amazing. I would go back just for that! I’ll include a pic. They also have good coffee.
4. Every single staff member we met was so nice and welcoming.

Pros:

Incantevole Hotel situato proprio di fronte al mare, nel quartiere museo di South Beach, tutto l'arredamento rispecchia il concetto del quartiere con dei mobili originali, dando un tocco all'insieme veramente molto particolare, un vero gioiellino per intenditori.
Siamo stati acconti in modo molto cortese dal personale, la camera era già pronta al nostro arrivo in tarda mattinata, cosa che non ci aspettavamo. Comodo il letto e silenziosa la camera anche se vicina all'ascensore, un vero pezzo storico, bellissimo.
Buona la colazione compresa nel prezzo e volendo ci sono anche diverse ulteriori proposte a pagamento.
Abbiamo cenato due volte nel ristorante della struttura con delle proposte deliziose.

Cons:

nulla, si tratta di un piccolo hotel di stile, sicuramente non adatta a chi non apprezza questo genere di piccoli hotel di charme e preferisce le grandi strutture anonime.

De locatie is zeker erg mooi midden in de art deco buurt.

Cons:

Luidruchtig, ramen erg dun, luide airco steeds aan het draaien. Heel de nacht hoor je luide airco’s draaien. Bepaalde ramen waren gebroken.

Als je iets wenst te drinken schrik je erg van de zeer hoge prijzen.
Personeel was erg onbeleefd bij het verlaten van het hotel.
De beleving was erg matig en we hadden er geen fijn gevoel.

Fabulous hotel! Don’t miss out!
Pros:

Loved my stay at the Pelican. The location is perfect, the cafe is wonderful, try the Caico e Pepe and the lobster ravioli. So tasty! Staff are really nice and friendly and I felt very comfortable as a lone traveller.

Good hotel in great location
Pros:

Great hotel in a very good location on Ocean Drive with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Th roof top bar has a great atmosphere and very attentive staff.
The rooms are fairly basic but clean and well looked after. The mattress on our double bad was firm, with two decent sized pillows each.
We got a complimentary drink each night between 4 and 7 and the staff were generally very friendly and pleasant, apart from Wendell, one of the receptionists. We checked out at 12pm, as per our booking instructions and he rudely questioned who had "authorised our late checkout " as he claimed we were supposed to check out by 11am. I did not appreciate his really poor attitude and this left a very bitter taste in our mouths after what was up until that moment a very pleasant stay. He could do with some customer service training.

Du très bon et du moyen
Pros:

L’emplacement sur Ocean drive est top, avec la plage juste à côté et en plein quartier art deco.
Roof top avec super vue et bar accueillant
Le personnel est sympa et prévenant

Cons:

Les chambres avec une deco originale mais pas toujours fonctionnelles ( pas de lampes de chevet dans la chambre où nous étions ) vue sur un mur et bruit des compresseurs de climatisation, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres

Steps from the beach, wonderful location!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, 1960's vibe. We stayed in the Up, Up and Away room. It was awesome! Loved the decoration and the creative use of airplane themed tables. Loved the decor in the lobby and bar area. The staff was helpful and friendly. A very great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Locatie buna si hotelul curat. Posibilitate de mic dejun la hotel. Singurele aspect negative sunt tentativele de frauda

Locatia, curatenia, personalul de la restaurant si terasa

Cons:

Diferite persoane m-au contactat in nenumarate randuri pe Whatsapp pentru a ma informa ca daca nu reintroduc datele bancare , cazarea mea va fi anulata( in conditiiile in care sejurul a fost platit la rezervare) . Am incercat sa contactez hotelul insa nu au fost intreresati de acest aspect.
La check in am incercat sa ii explic acest fapt domnului de la receptie , acesta mi-a vorbit urat si m-a ignorat total. Probabil ca hotelul stie despre aceste tentative de frauda in afara Booking si e de acord cu ele.
Atitudinea domnului de la receptie in general era aroganta si lipsita de tact . Domnul parea sa fie seful unitatii indepartandu-i pe toti angajatii de la receptie de la computer in momentul check-in.
Un hotel care nu e interesat de fraudele facute in numele brandului nu ar trebui sa aiba acces pe platforma booking.
