We love the location, cleanliness, and especially the staff.

Cons:

The biggest complaint i have it being told in your booking that I will have an ac unit. The ac unit is controlled by the front desk. I asked three times to lower the temp because it was 75 degrees in the room all weekend. It was 87-90f outside and I cant change the ac unit? It was unbearable at points cause it was hot. Three nights in a row I woke up to ask for the room temp to he lowered and nothing happened. Legit how do I not have control of my ac uni in 2026? It was my only complaint but it's a huge one. If you cant sleep in a hot room dont stay here.

Cons:

Algunas zonas del bar o de las habitaciones como el baño están para reformar. Se puede reformar manteniendo Art déco.

El desayuno no merece la pena, solo 3 opciones de platos para elegir. El café no es el mismo que si lo pides en la barra, no hay variedad: tipo fruta, yogur, jamón York/ pavo, repetir tostadas o café. Además te cobran por “servicio” 4$. No tiene ninguna justificación ese “servicio”.

A tremendous stay on South Beach and we loved the Pelican
Pros:

The hotel was much smarter than I was expecting. The reception staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. The location is first class though I expect it could be noisy in the peak times.

Cons:

La colazione in particolare le bevande comprese sono limitate, caffè o tè americani. Viaggiando con mia figlia di 14 anni abbiamo chiesto di poter avere un succo. Che solo per un giorno non hanno fatto pagare su 4. E il quarto giorno abbiamo pagato senza capire il perché una commissione di 6 dollari che non abbiamo pagato gli altri giorni.😥

Great hotel in a super location
Pros:

Loved this place - really fun decor, super staff especially Gabriela and Wendell and the lovely Cuban gentleman at the bar as well as the very friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast is good - choice of 3 complimentary options and a huge menu if those don’t suit. The outdoor gym across the road is fab too, lots of equipment. Beach towels can be changed regularly. Overall one of the best hotels all holiday.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in pieno centro su ocean drive quindi permette di fare molto a piedi. Inoltre il ristorante è davvero buono grazie ad uno chef siciliano.

Cons:

La camera è datata, si sente una puzza costante di mobili vecchi. La colazione buona ma nessuno ti dice che anche solo un cappuccino tocca pagarlo. È incluso solo un piatto tra tre a scelta, il resto tutto a pagamento.
