The daily resort fee is charged per room and includes:

Location, very nice small hotel. Good breakfast included, room cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water every day. Nice stuff on reception.
Impolite waiters, serving breakfast as if they were doing a favor, with an arrogant expression on their faces.Common guys, do you really think you're in charge there?!
The location is ideal for those wanting to stay on ocean drive. The staff were great both in the restaurant and maids.
We had an issue with our AC which took a while to resolve but it was resolved

Fantastic place to spend a few days! Every room is uniquely designed, very clean, and spacious. A wonderful perk is the complimentary Margarita offered to guests during happy hour. The on-site restaurant serves exceptional Italian-inspired dishes and fresh seafood menus. Plus, the hotel conveniently provides beach towels and chairs. Whenever we return to Miami, the Pelican Hotel will definitely be our go-to choice.
Das ist so ein aussergewöhnliches kleines Hotel mitten im quirligen bunten ArtDeco Bezirk. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr bequemes grosses Bett, Sofa, Tischen und sogar eine Küchenzeile. Die gute Laune fängt direkt an wenn man die Tür aufmacht. Service und Personal waren immer nett, sehr hilfsbreit und einfach prima! Wir haben auch 3x im kleinen Restaurant gegessen weil es uns einfach richtig gut geschmeckt hat! Tolle Karte, abwechslungsreich und alles sehr frisch! Auch die Rooftop Bar ist zu empfehlen!
Die Lage direkt am Ocean Drive mit Meer dahinter geht nicht besser. Und ein Fitnessstudio im Hotel braucht man nicht, wenn gegenüber am Musclebeach trainiert wird🤗

Liegen am Strand sind incl.aber sehr hohe Preise für den Sonnenschirm.Man bezahlt immer den vollen Tagespreis, auch wenn man nur 2-3 Stunden am Strand bleiben möchte oder kann.
