The location was perfect and staff was excellent!!
We didn’t get to stay Longer!!
Needed an affordable option for two nights in Nashville and it was a better deal to stay by the airport and uber in twice than pay for hotels downtown. Hotel stated they were undergoing remodeling but our room already seemed refreshed and in good condition. We arrived late at night and no mention of Hilton status or status gifts but morning desk crew were engaged and chatty. No complaints - clean, quiet, comfortable and up to Hilton Hampton Inn standards. Would be happy to return.
The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size.
My tv didn't work until the last day of my stay. Staff was aware of my tv not working prior to my check in. The ice machine was down on my floor. The pool was closed. The juice dispenser was broken during breakfast. The toilet tissue holder was broken.

Currently being remodeled and property back door wasn’t locked.
Breakfast was good, but refrigerator did not work and pool was dirty. There were not enough sheets, pillows or towels for all of us but the staff provided more upon request. Kids loved the experience. Thank you!

Easy highway access
The room was not clean. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was visibly dirty.
The workers were very friendly, positive attitude and held themselves well with guest. They were very responsive.
The facility was under construction as stated when booking but they were still putting people on floors where the construction was taking place. Construction materials were in areas guest had to be near(not contained) like the elevator on the 2nd floor or in stairways. One door was propped open with a rock 24/7, the door to the pool exit didnt read cards(wouldnt let you in or out) and then they removed the lock in the door making it accessible to anyone to come and go from 2 side entrances without an access card. Several things were out of sorts in the suite I booked. Couch cushions torn and big tears at that, busted/cracked plug ins, smoke detector dangled from ceiling, towel hooks were about to fall out of the wall(couldn't hang towels on them), big stain in the living room carpet, had to ask for a microwave for our room because there wasn't one upon arrival.
