The breakfast staff was rude, the sink counter looked like it was about to fall off the wall, the head board looked like someone had had too much fun and it was needing Jesus!
Breakfast was not even close to being ready at 6, and when I asked if we could get some fruit, we were told there was fruit in the lobby. I simply replied that we wanted bananas and then was aloud to go into the dark, unprepared breakfast area to get 4 bananas instead of a breakfast.
Price… I booked online with booking.com and paid 188.13… got to check out and the lady charged me 259. Not a good experience. Also… the hook on the bathroom wall fell off when we tried to hang a towel from it.

The receptionist could hardly speak English. So she had to repeat her sentences a few times.
Location was excellent. Our son loved watching planes from our window! The beds were fantastic and super comfortable!
We had to call the front desk to ask for sheets/blanket for the sofa bed because there wasn’t any in the room. They were able to get us some sheets but that was it. Just would’ve been nice to already have all of that in the room and ready so we didn’t have to go back down to the lobby. But definitely not a deal breaker for us, because everything else was great!

We left a 5:00 AM wake-up call request when we checked in, we never received it. In addition, we tried to set a wake-up call from our room, the wake-up call request number (5X) on our room phone did not work.
There was no clock in the room. There was no light on the desk. There were cobwebs hanging from the bed box-springs. The mirrors were smudged. The toilet wasn't stable.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The in room aircon was quite loud and the decor in the room needs updating. We didn't have any coffee machine in our room.
Highly over priced hotel by all reasonable standards. Plus they wanted to charge an extra $50 for an early check-in of one hour. I will never stay there again
