Was a tolerable stay. For the price would try somewhere else.
Pros:

Right near Newbury Street. Good Location. The workout facility was the best one I’ve ever used at a hotel.

Cons:

Really loud all the time. We could hear everything from cars, motorcycles, garbage trucks and delivery trucks. The walls are so thin we could also hear all other patrons as they were walking up and down the hallway. Thank goodness we were not near the elevator. The room was clean and typical for a standard hotel. The sheets and towels were hard and crusty from the harsh chemicals used to wash them. Even turning in the bed was loud from the rough sheets.

A great, relaxed vacation.
Pros:

Staff was always available and extremely helpful throughout the stay. The amenities were very nice.

We had a great time in the city itself, the hotel staff was great but the room was uncomfortable.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Light was out in the closet, room was very dim , bathroom had no space for hair dryer, a brush or anything needed in getting ready . Only one towel per person. There was only one chair in the room, a second would have been great. The TV did not work most of the time we were there as well. ( Direct TV)
