The hotel is super crowded. The room had a super small bathroom. We asked for a third bed and it was not set. Overall the room was not that clean.
Muy viejo lo del baño y el clóset
It’s centrally located.
Nothing. We have stayed here the last 5 summers
Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Room was beautiful. Small but sleek. Elevator was amazing, the view was cool. The walk area from the elevator to the room was quite cool too. On arrival, the doors turning are very cool too. That is very appealing and attractive. The lounge area too is very cool downstairs at reception.
The room could have been a touch bigger. Everything else was perfect. Thank you to the hotel for being great
Great atmosphere & friendly staff
Suhaila was wonderful, very pleasant to work with. She got us checked in quickly. At first they didn’t have the deluxe suite we had reserved but she diligently found it in their system and had us taken care of. The bellman Jerry and his team gave us excellent advice on parking and got our bags to the room right away. I will definitely stay with this team again
Disappointing stay at the hotel. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows need to be replaced. The thermostat is right next to the HVAC unit so it did not stay on for long so the room did not cool or would constantly be going on or off. The shelf in the bathroom was broken and paint was peeling off the walls and doors. It looks like they did a landlord quick paint over all the layers that were already there.
The toilet is very low and very uncomfortable for a tall person.
Check-in was rushed and no HHonors Gold perks offered.
Nice clean property
Had to wait too long to check in my room, they didn’t have the room in the system.
Suhaila helped me so much with my early check-in!! I appreciated her help as me and my sister landed in Boston super early in the morning. Thank you!!
Location is awesome
Clean Room
Laurice was great sent an my wife fresh fruits while I was at my conference and checked on us the following day !!!
Made my wife happy she said she will never forget this memorable trip to Boston!!!
The most wonderful staff!! Special shout out to Bruni, always a welcoming smile each morning; Tommy and Mostafa, restaurant staff, so attentive; Jennifer, front desk, always a big smile; Momadoo and all the bellman taking such good care of me; housekeeping, clean rooms; and of course, all the bar staff!
Great Experience at Boston Park Plaza
My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Boston Park Plaza. Everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
We especially want to thank Suhaila, who was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. She helped us upgrade our room and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Suhaila, for your kindness and exceptional hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.
My wife and I highly recommend the Boston Park Plaza, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
The room was nice and cozy, especially when the housekeeper lady, Caroline, brought in a cot for one of my little ones. It was a true slumber party! The king bed was very comfortable, lots of room. Location was close to the freedom trail. The soaps in the shower smelled amazing! Ultimately, a great experience and stay for our first time in Boston!!
Beautiful hotel lobby and location
While we knew the room would be small, we didn't mind for one night. We didn't expect the flies in the bathroom that clearly hadn't been fully cleaned because there were smashed flies on the ceiling of the shower. The entire outlet on the side of the bed with the coffee maker didn't work, so I had to plug half our devices in the outlet between the end of the bed and bathroom. For a nice hotel and at over $300 for a night, I expected better from Hilton. We didn't complain since it was one night, but I will be going to another hotel on my next visit to Boston.
Pros:
Great Location
Clean Room
Comfortable Bed
Cons:
AC worked for the most part. There is a thermostat in the room, but the AC unit didn't seem to respond to any changes made on the thermostat.
Toilet paper quality. Funny to mention this, but the TP they use is one step up from using a paper towel. It is literally see through and rough. For 2-300 a night, I would expect better quality TP.
Be ready for a 40 dollar a night charge on top of the regular room rate. This will include taxes and their "destination charge".
