Liked the place.
Suhaila was super helpful right from check-in, room upgrade and getting everything needed. Sincere appreciation for Suhaila. Had a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic. The only downside was the construction on the building’s interior, which began at 8 a.m. and involved hammering for about 40 minutes straight. Apart from that, there were no complaints. Clarissa at the restaurant was amazing! The breakfast was delicious every day.

Our time in Boston was elevated due to the wonderful time spent at the Hilton Plaza! Tommy greeted us both mornings with a warm smile and helpful attitude that made our day start off great!
Suhaila at the Hilton front desk was wonderful. She was very kind, professional, and welcoming, and made me feel truly taken care of. I really appreciate her excellent hospitality and would like to recognize her for the great service.

My wife and I stayed at the Boston Park Plaza for one night while attending a friend’s wedding.
Our first impression was mixed. Finding the valet parking was confusing. While there is signage out front for valet, you actually need to drive around to the back of the hotel to complete the drop-off process and leave your keys. We spent about 10 minutes waiting in line before an employee informed us of this. The same area is also used for vehicle pick-up throughout your stay.
The lobby itself is very nice — modern, spacious, and inviting. There are plenty of seating areas to relax, wait for others, or grab a drink at the bar. The front desk staff was also friendly and knowledgeable.
Our room on the 9th floor was quite small. It worked fine for just the two of us, but I think it would feel cramped for couples traveling with a baby or child. The room had a modern design overall, though there were noticeable maintenance issues such as cracked paint on doorframes and rust around the bathroom vent. My wife also found the mattress too firm, though that is obviously subjective. We also found a towel behind the mini fridge that the house cleaning staff must have missed during their room preparation.
The biggest issue during our stay happened the morning we checked out. The shower would not get hotter than room temperature. I had used it the night before with no issues, but the next morning there was essentially no hot water, even after letting it run for several minutes. We also noticed that the shower handle plate was loose and shifted easily. I mentioned both issues at checkout, and the front desk staff said they would have maintenance investigate.
We were also surprised by a $12 charge that appeared around 2 a.m. When we asked about it at checkout, we were told it was a fee related to the business center and fitness center — amenities we never used. This felt like a hidden or “junk” fee, especially since it was not clearly explained during check-in. Receiving a random overnight charge can understandably make guests uneasy.
The location, however, is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the Boston Public Garden, Boston Common, Newbury Street, and the Boston Public Library. It is also conveniently close to the Green Line and Commuter Rail, making it a great base for exploring the city.
Overall, we left disappointed. Given the Park Plaza name and the price point, we expected a more polished experience. Unfortunately, the lack of hot water and the surprise fee were the lasting impressions from our stay.
Location and cleaning staff member. The staff member who tidied our room was an exceptional worker. Haven’t seen that type of work ethic since before the lockdown for the pandemic. Immediately helping and insisted, “Just doing my job”. Extremely humble and kind.
The available water at the front desk.
The sink drain was slow, the tub stopper was broken, and the ice makers on two floors didn’t function. After checking floors for ice, called the front desks. Slow to answer and never brought requested ice to the room. Simple request.
Public areas were really nice . Good location
Rook was small and basic considering the cost.
I have been charged twice for my stay and now struggling to get to speak to anyone about the account error and get my money back.
Staff very welcoming. Queen room small but clean and comfortable. Had breakfast at the bar on our last day. Mostafa, was our server. Very attentive and friendly. Overall grassy and beautiful hotel.
Localização excelente, atendimento atencioso, check-in rápido e super limpo.
Ranjan was very professional and friendly when replacing refrigerator in my room. Thanks
