Impressively quick response
Pros:

Needed a roll away and Caroline was knocking at door with it, 4 mins later. Very quick and she was extremely polite and helpful setting it up. Impressive.

We arrived @ 2am to the friendliest front desk staff, wonderful gentlemen so helpful.
Ranjan was so kind and sweet to help us set up our son's pullout bed at 2am, he even went the extra mile to get us more pillows and towels, incredibly attentive and so kind🙏
Clarisa was our favorite server for breakfast! We almost missed it, but she made sure we were taken very well care of and she made us feel so welcome and at home, what absolute dear heart🙏
You have an amazing staff and we couldn't be more pleased!!

Celiac friendly!
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic! My daughter is celiac and Clarissa and Sakaya made sure we felt absolutely safe. Traveling with celiac is always so scary, it’s nice to have servers and management who actually care and make sure everything is good for you.

Sadly this is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. Was not worth what I paid and didn’t even get the room I paid for.
Pros:

Nothing, it’s very old and needs renovation.

Cons:

For the price I paid was not good, I didn’t get the room I paid for. The rooms were dark, gloomy and small. It just wasn’t worth the money my friends and I paid.

Great hotel with a few downsides that wouldn't stop us from revisiting.
Pros:

Great location and great staff from check-in to the restaurant. Would stay here again. Negatives are the bed is more firm/springy than most hotels. Bathroom is very small for the room space. Felt more like a cruise ship bathroom. Restaurant was very good. Again.. staff were great and would stay here again without question.

. It was nothing like the photos. Really disappointed with the room. The rail was hanging off there was mold. One of the pillows had makeup on. Old school shower curtains. The air con was very loud and old. Just really didn’t think a Hilton would be like this. Super disappointed and ruined my stay and I won’t stay at a Hilton especially in Boston again!!

Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference in my experience here. We had a great conversation. She was so genuine and easy to talk to. Caroline went out of her way to make my experience better, and her hard work really showed in every detail. It’s rare to meet someone who puts that much care into what they do. Pros:

I am specifically writing to thank Singh and Moises for making our Saturday night amazing. We came to Boston specifically for a drag show for my birthday and they canceled the show 5 hours before the start time. During check in, we asked Singh and Moises if they knew of any drag shows that we could go to last minute and were recommended Jacques Cabaret. It was an AMAZING show. It was exactly what I was looking for and it made the evening so special. Thank you both for being so helpful.

My partner and I have both been to this hotel twice now (separately) and this will definitely be the hotel we choose for ANY future visits to Boston.

אכלנו ארוחת ערב במסעדת המלון בלובי ביום ההגעה, הארוחה הייתה בינונית ביותר.
