This is a terrible place that charges your credit card without permission.

I’ve never been to such a terrible place.

Cons:

At first, I told the front desk that there was no electricity in my room. They said they would send someone to check, but it took more than three hours before anyone came. Then, I said several times that I did not want housekeeping — I repeated it more than five times — but cleaning staff still came to my room every day and opened the door. Twice, I was sleeping when someone suddenly opened the door and it scared me.

Also, this place charges credit cards without permission. On the first night, they charged me USD 74, and when I asked, the hotel said it was a deposit and would only be charged once. But three days later, they charged my card again without my consent.

When I checked out, I asked to pay in cash, and the hotel agreed. They also confirmed that they would cancel the credit card charges. However, after I returned to my country, they kept charging my credit card again.

I have never been to such a terrible place.
