Great restored luxury hotel with affordable bookings!
Pros:

I've stayed here previously with my husband, and this time we stayed for multiple days after I had a hospital procedure nearby. The hotel is centrally located, has a really attentive staff, comfortable beds, and the breakfasts are great.

Cons:

They have room service but the hours and choices are very limited. I don't know if that is going to be permanent. We arrived during a snowstorm right when their restaurant was about to close, and the room service was finishing up, so we ended up ordering Uber Eats.

This review is for Ranjan who was absolutely amazing!!!! On our first night we came in late and wanted to warm up our food and he delivered a microwave to the room. The first one wasn’t working to no fault of his and without question he brought another one to the room and made sure it was beyond clean and that we were good and needed nothing else!!! Phenomenal!

Such a fabulous stay at the Park Plaza! It started with the service: we wanted to get away from Cape Cod following a blizzard where we were without power and heat. It also happened to be my Birthday. We booked a last-minute stay in Boston at the Park Plaza. Upon check-in Devon inquired about our visit - we shared we wanted to get away for my birthday following the blizzard that took out our power and heat. She immediately upgraded us to a much nicer room on a higher floor with a view. It was fabulous! So comfortable, so spacious! We already thought we were getting a good value
but this was such an unexpected surprise - it really created an incomparable experience! Beyond that it’s a fantastic location - easily walkable to so much Boston has to offer. The common areas are beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Visitors have access to Lynx Fitness Club, a fantastic fully appointed gym, accessible from the hotel. I highly recommend the Hilton Park Plaza!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton, and a big part of that was thanks to Moises at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude truly made a difference in our stay.
I also want to mention Richard, who was great as well.
Both Moises and Richard provided exceptional service and are a real credit to the hotel. We look forward to coming back!

Enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hilton.found staff very polite and accommodating.
Reception check in was quick and easy
We extended our stay by 1 night and were allowed to stay in the same room (king)even though we had paid for a queen room .
The room was nice very , comfortable bed.
Coffee machine was hit or miss i'm afraid but we only used it first thing.
The rooms especially the bathroom are dated and in desperate need of an upgrade.
Everywhere in Boston is very expensive and this premises is no different.
Breakfast tea and toast with fruit juice for 2 over fifty dollars hence the reason we used the Toasty Friend cafe a short distance away.
Twice as much food for half the price.
We didn't use the onsite gym so can't comment.
Location is a short walk from the common and underground.
One tip is attractions are closer than you think when looking on the map in reception but pack your walking boots. Would stay here again.
