Nel complesso, non ci tornerei
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e comoda. Servizio navetta gratuito per il traghetto che porta direttamente in centro città, molto pratico e comodo.

Cons:

Colazione buona, ma c’erano le uova e non il bacon. I succhi di frutta erano molto annacquati.
Esperienza molto spiacevole: lo shampoo mancava in camera la mattina e mi hanno detto che l’avrebbero portato entro sera. Tornata a mezzanotte, lo shampoo mancava ancora, mi avevano portato un altro bagnoschiuma. Scesa in reception a chiedere spiegazioni, prima hanno detto che l’hotel non fornisce shampoo (falso, in camera c’era anche il balsamo), poi che era finito in tutto l’hotel (più di 200 stanze) e di andarlo a comprare (a mezzanotte). Ho dovuto arrabbiarmi e insistere parecchio e lo shampoo è arrivato. Di certo sarebbe stato sufficiente avvisare e avrei potuto comprare lo shampoo in città, anche se trovo veramente assurdo rimanere completamente senza shampoo in un hotel così grande. Gestione veramente poco professionale della situazione.

A Lovely Hotel
Pros:

My mother and I stayed here for a few days in July. When we arrived, the lady on the desk was lovely and very friendly. She checked us in quickly and efficiently. All the staff here are friendly and happy to help.

Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had is that the shower screen didn't have a great seal so it end up getting water on the floor. Other than that, the room was great. We had it cleaned every other day and the days we did not get it cleaned, we were given a drink token for a free drink in the bar which is a brilliant idea.

The bar is quite small but it was never busy and again the staff were lovely. We ate there one evening and the food was very good and was huge portions.

Breakfast was the same every morning and was mostly continental but it did the job.

The free shuttle bus was amazing and made it so easy to get to the centre of Amsterdam. The drivers were great too.

This is a fantastic hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

2 kişi ve 1 çocuk olarak konakladık. Öncelikle otele ulaşım çok kolaydı. Merkez tren istasyonunun hemen önünden kalkan ücretsiz feribot ile kuzey bölgesine geçiyorsunuz. Buradan shuttle servisleri var (akşam 23.45e kadar) ve otele 5 dakikada götürüyor. Yani 10-15 dakika içinde merkez tren istasyonundan heryere ulaşabilirsiniz. Temizliği iyi, odadaki imkanlar ve konfor çok iyi. Sessiz bir otel.

Pros:

Excelente hospedagem. Quarto extremamente confortável e amplo. Destaque para o serviço de transporte do hotel até a balsa, que leva à Estação Central e para o lado turístico da cidade, e faz toda a diferença nos deslocamentos.

Não há. Tudo absolutamente perfeito.

Pros:

Muy cómodo. Dormí con mi bebé y me dieron la cuna. La habitación es hermosa. El baño es muy cómodo. Y el personal es muy atento y agradable. Siempre había alguien que hablaba español y eso realmente cambia la experiencia. El transporte que ofrece el hotel hasta el ferry es lo mejor de esta estadía, ya que aunque está cerca, es un tiempo más… tanto para ir como para volver. Además, el plus de que te regalen un trago por ser eco y no solicitar la limpieza de la habitación es muy buena idea 🥂 El desayuno muy bueno también.

Cons:

Realmente no hubo nada que nos disgustase. Todo fue muy agradable y salió tal cual lo esperado.

It was amazing!
Pros:

Excellent staff! Polite and very friendly. They helped us book museum tickets, recommended restaurants, and were always very amiable. This hotel has an wonderful eco-friendly housekeeping system: we kept our room tidy and received bonuses for it 😁. A huge thank you for the free shuttle and the varied and abundant breakfast—thanks to the chef and the manager!

Cons:

When we reserved the hotel via the Booking, there was no mention of additional daily city taxes, which ultimately significantly increased the cost of the stay. This came as a surprise—though the issue lies more with the booking operator than the hotel itself.

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sauber, ruhig, modern. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage war top, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber das war auch was wir wollten, da uns ein Hotelparkplatz wichtig war. Die Fähre ist entweder per kostenlosem Shuttlebus, oder in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fähre (ebenfalls kostenfrei) fährt im Minutentakt und in einer Minute ist man auch schon drüben am Bahnhof. Es war einfach einer toller Städtetrip.

Für eine Nacht ok, ansonsten ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wenn auch die Verständigung in Englisch manchmal mühsam war.

Cons:

Vorraum im Zimmer übertrieben grosszügig und ohne Möbel, nicht gut nutzbar - dafür das Bad viel zu klein! Doppelbett nur 1,60 m breit.
