Muy útil el bus que traslada al ferry
Pros:

La habitación, el baño amplio y cómodo, cama y almohada excelente, muy buena calefacción

Cons:

Por obras de mantenimiento se dificulta el tránsito más directo al comedor

The food and beverage manager Marlene was an absolute pleasure to meet. Plus her staff at the bar were second and none.

Good Hotel once you figure out the easy accesses
Pros:

The location is good once you learn how to use the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Rly Station.
The security set up in hotel - a pain - was good.
The shuttle service to ferry point - very nice arrangements

Cons:

The staff training is not up to par. I blame the management for it. Most of them are relatively fresh it appears. Also this property was a "Airline Crew Hotel" until recently, the training to handle other tourist appears to be lacking

Amsterdam vale la pena.
Pros:

En general no me gusto. Creo que el personal de recepción no es el adecuado para un hotel con este nivel de precios

Cons:

Había mosquitos en las habitaciones y no hicieron nada por solucionarlo

Pros:

It's a calm and peaceful area. Having a ferry transfer service is very convenient.

Cons:

The heating systems were a failure. We had three different rooms with our friends, and they all had heating problems. They offered to help change rooms, but the new room had the same problem. We stayed for three nights using a heater. Also, the curtains had large stains.

Visite d’Amsterdam.
Pros:

Emplacement centré mais loins du bruit du centre. Grand parking pour voiture. Le lit était bien grand.

Cons:

Un prix excessivement cher pour le service. Le layout de la chambre est opprimant et très mal conçu . La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais petite. Pas de brosse WC. Nous sommes resté 2 jours et personne n’est passé ranger-nettoyer-changer.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett!
Pros:

Wir hatten eine defekte Heizung die sich nicht abstellen lies. Das Zimmer war sehrrrr warm, sodass man nicht drinnen schlafen konnte. Das Personal hat uns sofort ein neues Zimmer zur verfugung gestellt ohne grosses hin und her! Daher Top !!
