All was great-location. cleanliness, staff everything

Clean, quiet, well-appointed family-owned hotel; not a chain. Nice breakfast, really nice staff.

The hotel itself is cute and has better decor than most hotels. But there are three significant problems that meaningfully impede on a stay here. First, there is no soundproofing. I’m sitting here right now listening to every roar and loud noise from the TV next door. I can feel their motorcycle racing program in my feet, and their TV is across the room from me and through a wall. The elephants above me? I can hear every step and creak and crack. Second problem: there is some persistent fragrance in the room. Something chemical perfumey, vaguely fruity. And the third problem? It is impossible to get the blinds fully closed, which is a problem when you’re on the first floor -and- the sun’s going to come in.

I love the woman who takes care of the breakfast buffet. Her friendliness and positive spirit makes you feel welcomed and at home!! She bring out the best in all the guests.

The rooms were nice. Similar to a Hilton or Marriott.

The breakfast was well done and the person attending was kind and efficient. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Room was well appointed and had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable; HVAC a bit noisy. Would definitely stay here again when I'm back visiting the area! PS - highly recommend the onsite restaurant!

This small hotel lovingly centers Craftsman furniture and style as well as great service and comfort. The room was impeccably appointed, bath towels huge and thirsty cotton, beds luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast offered waffles, excellent single-serving souffles and breakfast sandwiches as well as continental fare such as fruit, cereal, bagels & cream cheese, pastries, and muffins.
All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming.
We haven’t tried the adjacent restaurant but look forward to doing that during our stay.
This has been the best value as well as the best appointed hotel I think I’ve ever visited. What a find!

Excellent place to stay if you like great service. They have a restaurant attached that will more than satisfy you.

The staff was welcoming and professional, my room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. An all around good experience at a one-of-a-kind inn.

The only problem we had was that during our 4 night stay we had to have the room key card reprogrammed 5 times. Either we couldn't get in our room, signature suite, or into the building. After the fifth time the desk clerk said he would give us a $50 credit which didn't show up checkout. It was mentioned to the clerk at checkout but was not on the email receipt. We visit family in the area 3-4 times a year and have in the past stay here.

Great location, clean rooms, and good food comfortable atmosphere at the restaurant. Looking forward to staying there in the future!

This hotel was perfect for a fast overnight work trip. The rooms are basic not huge, but fine for a hotel room. They were clean and the bathroom was stocked well with towels and VERY clean& the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and included for no fee and a large space to eat which was nice. The restaurant attached was wonderful! I am looking forward to coming up again and staying. All the hotel staff were wonderful as well.
