A noisy stay with very little sleep!
Pros:

I liked my downstairs room with a small patio of its own

Cons:

The noise level in the lounge every night was horrendous. I had four nights booked, but I had to check out after two nights of not sleeping. I gave them plenty of notice to get a refund on the last two nights, but they did not give it to me and the manager never phoned me back after I stopped to talk to him numerous times. He was always gone for the day or in a meeting; very bad customer service from the manager.

Prima locatie, vlakbij mijn bestemming, jammer van het lawaai.
Pros:

Kamer en locatie waren prima.

Cons:

Mijn kamer was aan de kant van het zwembad. Daar was elke avond tot na 2200 erg veel lawaai van schreeuwende badgasten.

Clean place in Scottsdale
Pros:

The property is very clean and feels up to date. Our room was spotless an in a great spot in Scottsdale. I would stay here again.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean and easy access to major highways.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet charge was 10.99 and not worth it. Very mediocre food. Other hotels offer breakfast for free.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel in north Scottsdale
Pros:

Convenient, comfortable bed, nice sitting chair on room, friendly and helpful staff, free coffee in morning, little convenience store in lobby

Cons:

Better quality toilet paper and free bottled water would be nice. More space around sink would be helpful but it was ok for one person

Everything was so very nice except your desk clerk.

Room, fitness center, location, pool, comfortable bed, cleanliness

Cons:

When I checked in, the desk clerk was very unfriendly, no eye contact. Ask me for a credit card for incidentals, but I did not hear her at first, and when I ask her what she said, she finally looked up and very loud and rude yelled it! My experience with her was not pleasant! I only wish I had gotten her name!

Overall fine, but not as great as previous stays.
Pros:

Close to everything we wanted to do.
Free Starbucks coffee in the lobby until noon.
Plenty of shaded areas around the pool.

Cons:

This is our 5th time staying at the property and it is usually amazing, but the last 6 months it is apparent the maintenance is missing.

The building is in need of a deep cleaning and remodel - the carpets are stained, the walls have scratches, the door hinges are pulling out from the wall, the shower curtain rod doesn’t allow the curtain to stay in the shower, etc.

Clean, Reasonable, Stylish Rooms
Pros:

Our room was stylish and very comfortable as well as spotless. They had a great interior designer.

Cons:

The.carpets in the hallways particularly near the elevators appeared dirty and discolored. The elevator doors showed excessive wear. The much heralded lobby coffee bar dispensing Starbucks was completely shut down. A review I read on this site prior to booking warned the hotel might be slipping possibly due to financial constraints. Hope not.

Perfect
Pros:

Location was perfect, around a lot of shopping centers and food. The hotel was quiet for the most part. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was always welcoming when we entered.

Cons:

Bed was by the door. I booked a private over head balcony, was given a shared private balcony.

Quiet, comfortable just wish they had a complimentary breakfast.
Pros:

Very close to the location I was attending, near restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable rooms, especially the pillows.

Cons:

The shower was not very easy to maneuver in, especially if you are a female:)
