Room was obviously smoked in - hall was dirty, room was not clean, WiFi wasn’t working part of the time, smell was atrocious.

Frustrating
Pros:

We like that it is close to Salt River Fields for spring training. Close to restaurants and shopping too.

Cons:

We liked it fine 2 years ago. But this time there were a bunch of little league players in the building. Their coaches and parents did not watch them. They ran through the halls, yelling and screaming. They also were playing door bell ditch. We told staff about it but no one seemed to do anything about it. Frustrating because there is a pool the kids could use, and plenty of open space near it. Yet the adults let the kids run wild in the halls!? Not so sure we will be back.

Pros:

Spotless, super-friendly, well laid out rooms, and a comfy bed, Boutique-hotel feel with big hotel amenities. Great price, too!

Cons:

We had a shared covered patio space. Perhaps post a sign, or require people to sign a notice,, reminding people to sit in front of their own patio doors on their designated chairs, and that no smoking is allowed on the patio.

Great stay, clean quiet easy location
Pros:

Easy location, clean, quiet, welcoming staff, good AC, comfy beds, and good food options nearby

Cons:

Heavy room doors slammed a little loudly in a room near mine, but quiet other than that.
