Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, tasteful and modern facilities. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing, great mattress! Had the best sleep.

Cons:

The position is not great, far from every attraction and in my option badly connect with public transport. We had to walk quite a bit to the nearest metro station everyday. The hotel did not feel focused on European tourists but on Americans and you could see that very clearly. The pool was crowded of kids and parents wearing their outside shoes in the pool area where you shouldn’t be wearing any. The saunas were ok but when we were there 2 out of 3 were out of order and people were wearing their clothes in the sauna, although it was forbidden. All-together not very hygienic. No staff was ever present around.

Pros:

I arrived early and wait in the beautiful lobby for the check-in time but almost 1 hour later the staff came to see me to inform that they could have prepare a room for an early check-in. They also bring water while i was waiting.
Later, I visited the Wellness area and a staff Member took time to show me all around.
That was really kind and pleasant.

Hotel is wonderful no doubt about it, also the cleaning members hat off.🙏🙏We booked for 2 nights 3 rooms, the last night I went to the reception to ask to the reception the prize for the breakfast the last morning apparently the girl( with a lot of tattoo) told me: you look at the screen/pc screen please step back it is private information You can not look atit to protect our clients. She say it twice like i was kind of a spy and i did nothing very disappointing for a marriot hotel invest in good reception welcome. At the end no breakfast at your place anymore 😂i m james bond

Hier stimmt wirklich alles!
Pros:

Großzügige Räume, egal ob in der Lobby, im Restaurant, auf der Terrasse, in den Fluren oder auch im Zimmer. Alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Räume gerade im EG sehr eindrucksvoll, sowohl in der Lobby als auch im Restaurant sehr eindrucksvoll die Säulen und die tolle, imposante Deckenhöhe, noch aus der Zeit, zu der das Gebäude noch Pferdestall war.

Das Frühstück lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, besonders empfehlenswert fand ich den Orangensaft und auch die täglich wechselnde heiße Mehlspeise beim Frühstück, mal Ofenschlupfer (mit Äpfeln), mal Porridge mit Johannisbeeren, immer sehr sehr lecker. Besonders empfehlenswert im Restaurant ist das Wiener Schnitzel, stolzer Preis mit 28 EUR plus 5 EUR für Pommes plus 6 EUR für einen Salat dazu - aber es war jeden EUR wert. Das war das beste Schnitzel, das wir je gegessen haben (wir sind beide über 50, haben also schon einiges erlebt).

Cons:

Kleines, aber wirklich nur klitzekleines Manko - beim Frühstück fehlten an einem Morgen die Glasschüsselchen bei der Marmelade, am anderen Tag fehlten Kaffeelöffel, aber nach kurzem Hinweis würde beides vom extrem aufmerksamen Servicepersonal gebracht. Überhaupt das Personal - jeder sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ansonsten aber wirklich alles tipptopp und tadellos.

Zentral in Wien … und der ehemals großzügige Garten zum großen Teil zugebaut mit einem Hotel

Die Fenster konnten besseren schallschutz bieten, wir haben zur Straße hin geschlafen.
