Il y avait du bruit du côté de ma chambre car il y avait un escalier en métal et beaucoup de passage dessus même la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Probably a little further from Old Town than ideal
Très bel hôtel bien équipé, avec salle de sport piscine, sauna hammam, le petit déjeuner est complet et frais, nous avons testé les cocktails et les repas rapides, globalement une belle et bonne adresse.
We had an amazing stay and enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed.
They made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the hotel restaurant was also very good. After a long day of exploring Vienna, it was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel because it felt so comfortable and welcoming.
Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!
The only downside was the BBQ dinner. We felt it was quite expensive for what it offered, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste and overall quality. Everything else about our stay was excellent.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to public transportation, making it incredibly easy and convenient to get around Vienna and explore the city.
The staff truly made our stay special. They were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, no matter the time of day. Their warm attitude and outstanding service made us feel at home.
We also loved the cozy café inside the hotel. It was the perfect place to start each morning with a great cup of coffee before heading out for the day. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The BBQ dinner felt a bit overpriced for what it offered. We also ordered the salmon at the hotel restaurant on a separate occasion, and unfortunately it was served cold. Aside from that, the food was delicious, and we really enjoyed all of our other meals
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. When it started raining, umbrellas were available for guests. There was always cold drinking water in the lobby, and the air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference during the hot summer days.
The room service menu is available until 5:00 AM, which is incredibly convenient, and the robot that delivers food and drinks directly to your room is such a fun and unique feature.
The hotel's design is absolutely stunning. It feels so elegant and luxurious that you almost feel like you've stepped into another palace in Vienna.
If the hotel ever adds a spa in the future, I honestly don't think anyone would want to leave. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!
