Pros:

The rooms are stylish and well-appointed, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff is attentive and professional, making the stay feel welcoming and seamless.

Cons:

One downside is that the pool and sauna area is not very comfortable. It can feel a bit cramped, and there are not enough loungers by the pool, which makes it difficult to fully relax

Liked the place except for the bed.
Pros:

Nice and cozy place - close to the Belvedere Museum and a bunch of restaurants within a 10 minute walk

Cons:

The bed was too soft and seemed sloping on the sides ..a firm bed definitely would be a plus. Also a little firmer pillows..

Un très joli hôtel à deux pas du Bélvedère
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, propre, moderne et bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! J’avais lu des commentaires sur internet avant de faire la réservation et je n’ai pas été déçu. L’espace Wellness est toujours apprécié et c’est l’une des raisons pour lesquelles j’ai choisi cet hôtel.

Cons:

Cependant je dois parler de certains points qui ont été moins agréables :

- Climatisation très bruyante et pas très efficace car j’ai eu chaud toutes les nuits.

- J’ai reçu 3 autorisations de paiement bancaire que je n’ai pas faites. Le total atteint les 600€. Quand j’ai demandé à l’hôtel, ils m’ont tout simplement dit qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur du système qui charge toutes les nuits un montant mais qu’ils s’effaceront automatiquement après mon départ. Ça fait 5 jours que je suis parti et je les vois encore. J’aurais apprécié qu’on me prévienne de cet erreur en amont et ne pas le découvrir par moi-même.

Wonderful wellness center 2 saunas and steam room, ice cold water pool and a swimming pool

Cons:

Hotel is not very central but it's close to tram and u bahn stations so it's not a big problem

Great place to stay with a little caveat
Pros:

The room is very specious and the facilities are great. The bar and restaurant was convenient and super nice touch to the stay. It has a really nice garden so in summer time would be great as well.

Cons:

The bed is not very comfortable. Also, weirdly enough the beddings are very loud. Whenever you move you wake up the person next to you. Pillow selection is not great and makes it difficult to sleep.

Great stay in Vienna
Pros:

Stay was really great. Amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We really liked receptionist Adam, he has answered all our questions. We really enjoyed our stay. We also liked the outside terrace, it was perfect for our son to play in the evenings.

We had a lovely quiet midweek stay but it could be different later in the week when weddings are on.
Pros:

Yes - the executive room on the first floor was very nice and had good sea view. The breakfast was very good and it was in a good location near to the ferries and town centre.

Cons:

It was disappointing that the restaurant was not open at night, although there was a number of eating places nearby. The hotel seemed to cater mostly for weddings.

Traumhaftes Hotel für Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Spa-Bereich hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist prima. Man kann das Zentrum in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Mit der S-Bahn kommt man in 20 Minuten vom Flughafen direkt zum Hotel.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet plus a la carte.
Speisen im Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen

Zu wenig liegen im Wellnessbereich,
Hygienebestimmungen werden von den Gästen in der Sauna und Pool nicht eingehalten
Teilweise gehen Gäste mit Straßenschuhen in den Wellnessbereich
1 Sauna war defekt
