Licht und Schatten, aber im Detail bieten andere Häuser mehr
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Lage in Ordnung. Hotelumfeld sicher, an Feiertagen fußläufig Parkplätze vorhanden. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr großstadtbedingt sehr gut, wenngleich Geschäfte oft sehr früh schließen, gemessen am europäischen Durchschnitt.

Cons:

Langsame Aufzüge. Sehr schlechte Qualität des Abendessens. Völlig geschmacklos, und zwar bei vier Menüs. Die Küche war schlecht besetzt am ersten Abend. An den anderen Abenden zum Glück auswärts gegessen. Völlig daneben war, dass trotz Ankündigung kein glutenfreies Müsli morgens vorhanden war. Das bietet heute jede Pension an …. Also für den selbsterhobenen Standard des Hotels ist dies unakzeptabel.

Absolutely wonderful stay - Beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean!
Pros:

Beautiful building both inside and out, room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Free mini bar with water, juice, snacks and Aperol Spritz, lovely toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault it. It should be a 5*.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but there was some construction happening on the road outside. There was no noise but lots of dust and an alternate pathway to get to the train station and towards Stephansplatz. Didn’t affect our stay but something to be conscious of.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Good value and good location.
Pros:

Very nice facility, great breakfast,

Cons:

Air conditioning was not activated yet so quite warm in the room. We were able to open window but street (walkway)noise was an issue for sleeping.

Highly recommend this hotel. I have stay in hotels in 70 countries and this hotel would please most people.
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Room was very clean and quiet.

Lovely place to stay but not so convenient if you prefer to walk to sights / local restaurants
Pros:

Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable and very good facilities

Cons:

It is probably about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Vienna and there are not many restaurants close by.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und komfortabel obwohl eher -grössentechnisch- knapp bemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Ich war etwas erstaunt, dass ein Grossteil des Personals nicht Deutsch gesprochen hat. In einem deutschsprachigen Land würde man dies erwarten, insbesondere in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie (zumindest basic-Deutschkenntnisse). Des Weiteren war die Rechnungsabwicklung nicht zufriedenstellen; der reservierte Betrag auf der Kreditkarte wurde nicht storniert (obwohl die definitive Buchung stattgefunden hat). Ich musste 2x anrufen um die Gelegenheit zu regeln, das war etwas ärgerlich und zeitraubend. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Personal diesbezüglich etwas besser geschult wird.

Komoly problémák a vendégmagánélet és a működés szervezettsége terén

Csodálatos helyszín, perfekt elhelyezkedés

Cons:

Több alkalommal is rendkívül kellemetlen és zavaró tapasztalatunk volt a tartózkodásunk során, amelyek egyértelműen a személyzet működéséből fakadtak.

Összesen 4 alkalommal történt indokolatlan és tolakodó „zavarás”, ami egy ilyen kategóriájú szállodában teljesen elfogadhatatlan.

Az első eset különösen súlyos volt:
egy takarító kopogás nélkül benyitott a szobánkba a reggeli órákban, miközben a párom éppen fürdés után törölközött. Ez nemcsak kellemetlen, hanem a vendégek magánszférájának súlyos megsértése.

A kijelentkezés napján a helyzet tovább romlott:
30 percen belül három különböző alkalommal zavartak meg minket:

* először egy takarító kopogott be, hogy kérünk-e takarítást,
* majd egy biztonsági őr jelent meg „security check” indokkal,
* végül egy hölgy ismét megszakította a pihenésünket.

Ez a fajta koordinálatlanság és folyamatos zavarás teljes mértékben rontja a vendégélményt.

Különösen visszás, hogy bár lehetőséget kaptunk késői kijelentkezésre, ezt a gyakorlatban nem tudtuk nyugodtan kihasználni: a folyamatos zavarások miatt végül csak 16:50-kor tudtunk ténylegesen kijelentkezni, ami messze nem jelentett zavartalan tartózkodást.

Összességében csalódottak vagyunk, mert az ilyen alapvető működési hibák – különösen a vendégmagánélet tiszteletben tartása és a személyzet összehangolása – egy ilyen szintű szállodában nem megengedhetők.
