Pros:

I stayed at this hotel twice, and the location is simply outstanding. Getting to and from the airport is very easy thanks to the excellent train connections, and reaching the city center is extremely convenient — tram 71 takes you exactly where you need to go.
The breakfasts were wonderful, and the pool with the sauna was a real pleasure after a long day of walking around.
The staff were truly exceptional, and I’m especially grateful to the hotel management, who resolved my check‑in issue with the minibar on March 6 with remarkable professionalism and care.

Amazing hotel with great location

The hotel is really magnific. The room is spacious and the location is convenient. Close to subway and walking distance to major touristic points.

Wonderful break away with family in a beautiful location in beautiful city can’t wait to return

The Property had an old style charm. It was set back off the road in a beautiful location. Property itself stunning from the outside. It was absolutely spotless. The staff are so attentive and they couldn’t do enough for you.

Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the Belvedere, two tram lines (0 & 71), and an S bahn stop with direct trains every 30 minutes to and from the airport.
Very clean, comfortable rooms and facilities with plus points for the breakfasts and pool/ saunas.
Staff always helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Some traffic noise from the road beside the hotel and the steam room wasn't properly functioning when we visited
