The staff had a hard time finding the reservation even when I had the email to confirm.
Offered no apology after giving us a hard time during check in

Well located, clean and safe, excellent value, including hot breakfast

There was a loud noise all night long that sounded like a boiler, or ventilation system for the common area hallways, etc.
