Beautiful hotel, rustic modern theme. Very warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are very nice with luxurious bathrooms. Only issue was the restaurant, appears to be fine dinning but the food is terrible. Try Gloria's just down the road they are really good.
My husband and I really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the HooDoo Hilton with Tauck Tours. We were originally supposed to stay at Red Cliffs Lodge, which was in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do but horseback riding- we caught an Uber and did just that! I'm so glad our tour company moved our group! Moab is such a nice town, with a food truck lot, eateries, adventure options, and is highly walkable. The Hilton was everything you'd expect from the brand! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, and the meal provided at our kickoff dinner was amazing. The decor was rustic and western and perfect for the location. My husband and I would enthusiastically stay here again!
This property was absolutely stunning. It was beautiful, immaculate and had such an upscale vibe. The pools were lovely. The restaurant had great food (creme brulee!) The staff was so kind, helpful and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone traveling to Moab.
The Property is beautiful, I loved the restaurant! Also, the staff at both the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and kind.
What a beautiful Hilton located in the middle of beautiful Moab. Walkable to Main Street and if you have a car just short distances to restaurants and shops and Arches National Park. Front desk very helpful. And they offer coincerge desk. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Rooms were 5 star and bathrooms were it for a king with a large glass enclosed shower. Not the cheapest rate in town but well worth the cost. But please don’t insult me by charging me $15 a night to park !
The HooDoo is very nice Hilton and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean as was our room. The room was not overly large but it was more than adequate and the bathroom was quite large with a good shower and nice amenities. The onsite restaurant and bar were lovely as was the pool. There is a spa which I did not have time to try. We were only there for two nights as we were connecting with a tour but we would certainly stay there again. Recommended.
This was above & beyond outstanding. We stayed in a 2-level Casita - beautifully furnished, with design & decor excellent. Gas fireplace, 2bdrms/3baths, full kitchen, dining area, quiet, pool nearby & nice restaurant onsite. All employees were welcoming, gracious, and all about good service. We did not want to leave and hope to return!!
Truly one of the most stunning places we have ever stayed. We were in a casita, with a floorplan and design that seems unique to the property.
It has been months since we were there and I am still thinking about this place. Location is great, as it is close to everything and near the wonderful food truck park. We enjoyed both pools on site and absolutely loved the thoughtful, well appointed, well equipped room layout.
The room was impeccably clean, fresh, and well supplied. Staff was great any time we needed anything.
We are regular travelers that have been all over - this is one of the best places we have stayed anywhere. Moab is awesome and this place elevates our memories there to the next level.
Seems new built and modern designed property. Bed was comfortable. All is excellent except shower and thin walls. The bathroom was huge with two showers - a standing and a tub - but both were uncomfortable and small to use. Water was running off the shower and we had to throw in the towel to channel the water back. Shower knob was so weird. The walls were thin, we could hear people talk / paying video games into the night. Upper floor had some washing machine and was running till 11:00 Pm and we could hear even the water sloshing in it.
We just recently stayed at Hoodoo Moab and it was great experience we got upgraded to a two bedroom casita with balcony which was a pleasant surprise! The unit was spacious and ideal for family, full kitchen with a good size living room and dining area. The hotel is beautiful with its elegant lobby and the pool area is a nice area to chill. We only stayed for a couple nights and wish it was longer. The staff are amazing and they checked after check in if we need anything else. I also want to thank Nathan for the great customer service! The bar and restaurant is a good area to hang after a long day. The hotel is by the downtown area so you can just walk to other restaurants and shopping area if you feel like exploring. Definitely a hotel I would like to stay again and highly recommend. I have stayed in other hotels in Moab and this is the best one so far. Enjoyed the breakfast as well, the French toast and avocado toast was my favorite 😊 Thank you to the hotel management and staff for giving us a memorable experience during our stay.
We stayed in one of their 2 bed/2 bath condos called a casita. The views from our rooms were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We loved feeling like we were home with the full kitchen and living room. This area has its own quiet pool as well. Highly recommend.
Beautifully landscaped. Lovely large guest room. Very modern but artistically decorated. Excellent pool side service
Nice upscale hotel.
Nice hotel great potential. Large rooms but they look at the parking lot with no views unless you take the suits. The restaurant for dinner and for the breakfast was not on its best. The breakfast buffet was half empty all the time, the expresso machine was broken. At dinner they ran out of the desserts. The staff couldn't handle the amount of people at one time. Too bad they don't run the place as Hilton should be. They have a lot of parking around the building but they wanted to charge us for it. What a scandal. I showed them on my reservation it stated free parking.
Would have been an easy 5 star. Booked a suite over 35 days in advanced paid in full. Check in was at 4 pm. Mind you I have a very expensive rental sxs I was paying for with limited time to use. When I went to check in they initially said they had no reservations for me. Then they magically did however the room wasn't ready yet. Around 6 pm they said the room was ready. Upon check in clothing and a wallet from the previous guest was left in the room. No big deal. The biggest issue is upon check out they didnt want to give me a receipt. I then noticed there was nearly $400 in charges on my credit card for the steakhouse.. I never stepped foot in the steakhouse not even once. I did buy two drinks at the pool that totaled $17 and I tipped another $15 on top of that. Somehow somebody charged 3 to 4 steak dinners over a 3 to 4 day span onto my room.. They also kept the deposit for the room, which was ridiculous because I left the room in better shape than when I checked in. On our last night we were at the pool and I turned down drinks from the waiter. That must've ticked him off because after that, he was very short with me and very rude.. he kept coming by where I was laying out by the pool and trying micromanage my time at the pool and make me uncomfortable enough that I left the pool. I felt like he was salty for some reason.. outside of that the staff was very nice. The room not being ready and the unexplained charges were not OK.
Stayed in the Casitas - super spacious condo style rooms with great detailing. The pool and hot tub are great after a day of exploring the area. Staff is very helpful, especially Tori and Ryan!
Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful. The only problem i have is that the fire alarm went off around 1:30 a.m. We stood in the parking lot for about 30 minutes until the manager/owner or someone came by and turned off the alarm. My question is: why weren't there any fire engines? how could the manager turn off the alarm without checking everything in the hotel? is this even legal?
otherwise nice hotel with great pool views (I had a parking lot view but then I was on a rather cheapo 'luxury' tour.)
Everything about our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed a great breakfast before leaving as well. Nash, our server was very kind!
I could stay here on long stay with no issue. Property was nothing short of Perfect! Clean, spacious, well located and ample amenities. Unlike mos of our travels in the US, the staff here were not great! Just not friendly, bit of a chip on their shoulder. Not all staff, but 50% of our interactions were just sub-par : especially at check in. Questions were met with an air of disdain. Maybe they were having a bad day…? Maybe they need to not be client facing…? Avoid human interactions, and you’ll love it here…!!!
Wonderful and elegant property.
