Unbelievably rude and incompetent staff

I have never felt the need to leave a review online for both the positive or negative but the unprofessionalism from a few of the staff at this resort has forced me to do so. The front desk managers were completely rude and disrespectful when dealing with them while trying to get my room changed so my kids didn’t have to listen to the people in the next room having sex all night. Two managers (am and pm shift) were not only incompetent but disrespectful. In trying to move our room so my kids didn’t have to listen to this. They made us leave our room all day and then later finally gave us a different room right next-door to the problem room. Complete utter incompetence, rude staff and paper thin walls make this place know where you want to bring children

Great stay!
Pros:

Location was within walking distance to restaurants, pool and tiki bar were great! Property also had bikes to use, which was a wonderful perk. Beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, we were not able to arrive until the day after our reservation stated. Even though I called (actually twice) to leave a message that we were still coming, we were marked as a no show and our room was given away. Property either needs to answer phone calls from guests after hours, or figure out a different process for guests to report travel delays. The property was able to find us a room, however it was one bed short of what we needed for our family.

Views and grounds beautiful but didn’t love the rooms.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is nice, the pool area is great and the views so beautiful. The part I didn’t love were the rooms. We had an ocean view room and yes the view was nice but the inside of the room is not luxury As advertised .The bathrooms need a little re do and the rooms were not amazing, kind of plain and no decor that is for what we are paying. I understand it’s high season so you have to charge more but the premium amount that we pay for the room is not worth it! Basically you are paying for the view. The employees were very nice and service great!
