Nice stay!
Pros:

Property looks like brand new. Lobby is nice with a bar and restaurant and then pool and lounge chair close to the sea are nice looking. Games at the beach, kayak, SUP, fishing from the dock, really nice stay.

Cons:

The gym is in a tiny room with no windows.

Your Hotel should have been up front about the lack of accommodations prior to my stay. I could made other arrangements to get a different hotel for the price that you charged me. There no emails about your facility doing any upgrades during my stay.

Cons:

Initially they put us in a room that was exactly in front of the Parking lot. The window was one meter away from the cars. Then there was no heating so we needed to change rooms again as my wife was ill.

Very dusty unclean room.
Perhaps the worst breakfast I ve ever seen.
Not worth the money. This is a two star hotel.

Pros:

Outdoor views are beautiful.

Cons:

The dog smell in both rooms was horrible. The pull out sofa bed had blood on it. I have pictures, tape attached to the wall with clumps of human hair attached to it. I also have pictures. No kitchen facilities. Stay away.

A mi familia y amigos nos gustó mucho el lugar . Me parece un lugar para pasarlo en familia y relajarnos

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba muy bien . Pasamos calor y durante la noche el aire acondicionado paraba varias veces y no pudimos dormir muy bien sobre todo los niños sudaban mucho

Great Design but greedy corporate markups ruin it.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. The lobby is beautiful. The outdoor area is very very nice. Its very clean and the designer and the artwork is excellent. They did a fantastic job and get a A Plus.

Cons:

The price of the food in the restaurant was ridiculous. Its a JOKE that its empty every night and management hasnt realized this? The breakfast is fantastic but the dinner choices are basically sandwhiches and 4 people should not have to pay $160.00 for 4 sandwiches and 4 sodas. I felt like I was bent over and rammed the first night and vowed NEVER to go back.

Had a wonderful stay
Pros:

After reading some negative reviews we were concerned going in but we honestly had an awesome time at this hotel. This facility and the two sister properties exceeded our expectations. The staff took great care of us, food was good and the amenities were worth the resort fee.

We were happy enough to return to amara cay on our return.
Pros:

Rooms were nice, bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Dinner waitress was very pleasant. Ailton (bartender) was very engaging. Outside bar, pool area, dining area were very attractive.

Cons:

View from the room was terrible (305) and should have been better given the occupancy. I was on a fishing trip with departures in the morning at 6:00 am. Breakfast service started at 7:00, I think some kind of breakfast option should have been available.

Nomvelo made our vacation a trip to heaven!
Pros:

What an amazing resort!!! Everyone was so accommodating and kind, the food was unbelievable and the front desk primarily Nomvelo was unbelievable and assisted me to a new room that was away from the elevator to a room that was quiet and spectacular! Most of all her kindness, professionalism and utmost ability to ensure I was happy was just unstoppable as was her skillful desire to please us! Nomvelo made such a difference for us! Great resort, great people and all touchpoints were perfect!!!
