Very good leadership from my point of view, respect to the security and night mgr. keep up the good work

Cons:

Breakfast is cxl this week due to Xmas week, paid but accommodation was handled by front desk staff member. Place is older but see the effort of making sure that it is well maintained and safe

Great location will be back.
Pros:

Excellent restaurant, perfect eggs benidect. Receptionist on night shift was very friendly and a wonderful person.

Cons:

Reserving the room on booking.com. instead of getting the best price from Marriott

The customer service was great. I had a nice view. I definitely got what I pay for just minor things that I did not like

I didn’t like that the air was connected to the heat so it felt just like a fan not necessarily ac.

Close to venue..4star hotel, room was very nice and very roomy!

Cons:

Our fault but we were clear at the very end of hallway, yes I guess we could have asked for a change, but it did not seem that they were that busy so don’t know why we were placed there.

Cons:

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain with the plug in. The adjustment toggle wouldn’t work. I had to pull the drain plug out and set it aside

Hot in the room
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Heat was stuck on. Room was hot. Hotel would not offer discount for the inconvenience. For a almost 400 dollar room it should not be 82 degrees in the room. They offered a small fan but would not offer a discount charged full price.

Overall it was a great stay. I’d come here again if I’m ever planning another trip to Ohio!
Pros:

The bed was soooo comfortable and everything was very clean. The workers were very kind and accommodating when it came to parking.

Cons:

The only complaints that I have are that 1) We didn’t get the city view we booked for, we got a nice view of a construction project, and 2) the hot water didn’t work for a whole day in our room.

It was good but with other hotels so close by and Lyft so available, I’m not sure I’d come back.the staff was super nice
Pros:

The room was spacious and I loved the pillows. If you like thinner pillows, this place is great. Location was fine.

Cons:

A/C did not cool off room. Bathroom needs some renovations.
