Overall it was a nice hotel. Wish we had notification that the indoor pool was closed as we wouldn’t have booked here.

The staff was friendly and the free cookies were delicious

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed and there was no notification that it was closed. We specifically booked a hotel with an indoor pool in case of rain and storms. It did storm and we were unable to swim

It was a clean pleasant stay.
Pros:

Even though the Buffet was not included it was really good with quality selections.

Cons:

Room service was not great
Stayed 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels and trash bags/liners for garbage cans
Pool towels never available in it’s designed pick up areas.
I also felt the
Menu prices were extremely higher than the norm.

Beware if you stay here it cost so much and you cant even get a good night sleep
Pros:

The room was clean and it was a nice room

Cons:

The bed was horrible you laid down and rolled right to the middle its so old and broke down. When I said something I was told "were sorry we will let management know. I sent an email to the hotel before I did this review and I was told sorry again that was it just a sorry not good.

Might have been a good stay if I had gotten some sleep instead of having nonfunctional guest wifi.

At arrival,the desk clerk demanded the company name and reservation number for the parking lot. I did not have it immediately available, as I had called 2 weeks earlier and specifically asked if that would be an issue-- had been assured "all was in place." Your guest internet did NOT work at all that evening-- 11 PM--making my own retrieval of the parking res code in their mail-- EXTREMELY difficult. Took me a full hour to retrieve it as a result. I got all of 4 hours of sleep that night instead of 5, as a result. Two male staff members were helpful to me on the internet (only Lobby one worked) but the desk clerk was quite snippy. PLEASE warn all reserving guests to have their 3rd party parking email code available or printed out before checkin--do not tell them "All is set" when they call in advance, to ask.

HOME SWEET HOME

Once again, I had the pleasure of staying for seven nights at the incredible Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport, and once again the experience was outstanding.

This hotel is simply fantastic. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is wonderful, and the team at the front desk is always welcoming, professional, and helpful.

A special mention goes to Ana Luz Morgan. She is truly an exceptional person who goes above and beyond to ensure that both guests and employees feel valued and happy. Her leadership and dedication clearly reflect in the warm and professional atmosphere of the hotel.

For a long time, the only thing missing for this hotel to reach absolute perfection was replacing the carpet with wood-style flooring. To my great surprise and happiness, when I opened the door to my room on my first day, March 2nd, I found a beautiful room with brand-new wood-style flooring.

That was the final touch.

Now, this hotel is simply perfect.

It is easily among the top three hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world.

I will absolutely return next year, and whenever I come back to Orlando, the Sheraton Suites will always be my first choice.

Thank you to the entire staff, the managers, and everyone who makes this hotel truly feel like a home away from home.

Excellent event space with great staff and clean rooms.
Pros:

We booked the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport for a 25 person family event - not a typical space for this type of event, but it was the most convenient for family traveling in from various parts of Florida as well as out of state. We could not have been happier with our choice. Our event coordinator Bella Girod was absolutely amazing - she was very engaged in every step, handled every detail for us, solved every challenge, and was the glue that made the event successful. She even helped after the event to make sure everyones stay at the hotel was handled well. Truly white glove service. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, professional and helpful too. The rooms we clean and the breakfast was fresh. Stepping away from the hotel was very enjoyable too with plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a big shopping center close by as well.

Having to pay additional for parking. AC didn’t function correctly. Maintenance showed up got it to work, and got it to work once. Called again, but before maintenance got there, started cooling. Found out it didn’t cool down to set point. Thru the night it got warmer and warmer in room. By that time most were asleep, and weren’t going to go thru disturbing. Put up with it.

Clean but Furniture and Beds need to be updated!

Room was clean but the furniture was dirty and worn out. The beds need to be updated as well. The rest of the facility was clean and the staff were nice especially the shuttle driver from Jamaica!
