Great shuttle service
Pros:

The room itself was not particularly great especially because of the strong bleach smell.
Airport shuttle is hotel's best selling feature. Operates 24/7 and picks up from airport or Brightline terminals very quickly.
Parking is steep-$24.95 a day.

The location and convenience to dining and airport was exactly what we needed.

Charged for the room when it was cancelled before I arrived & I cannot get help to get a refund
Cons:

Booked, received a confirmation email, got a taxi to the property only for them to tell me my booking had been cancelled. I received no notification of cancellation, it still showed as confirmed in the Booking.com app. It was the early hours of the morning and my flight had been delayed until the next day so was tired and stressed. I get that they cancelled the booking, but the guy at the front desk was pretty rude, very unhelpful and couldn't have cared less. Thank goodness for the Ramada next door where I had to opposite experience when I walked in desperate to find somewhere to stay. UPDATE: I have been charged for the room when it was cancelled before I arrived and I cannot get help to get a refund because the booking has been removed by Booking.com

A good value, clean hotel to stay near Orlando Airport.
Pros:

The Staff is fantastic, polite, trained and very alert. The hotel is clean and straightforward, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a short stay near the airport. Breakfast has variety and it's pleasant tasting.

Cons:

The shuttle from the airport as a little late picking us up from the scheduled time, but just about 15 minutes.

It wasn't a long term stay, just a night and it lived up to expectations.
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and close to the airport when leaving the following morning made it easy. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay overall. The bed was really comfortable and made for an easy night sleep.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. I got exactly what I paid for. No complaints.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The property also has a bar and offers a happy hour from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, which was a nice bonus.

Cons:

I did not like that guests have to pay for parking each night of their stay. The bathrooms were not in good condition, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. The rooms were not well soundproofed. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms throughout our stay.
