Comodidad y cerca al aeropuerto.
Pros:

El hotel muy lindo, la cama y la habitación super comoda, todo super limpio, la habitación muy amplia, todo super bien. Muy buena estadía en el hotel.

Cons:

Al momento de llegar solo, traia conmigo mas de 3 maletas, bolsas, y más elementos y casi ni podia avanzar yo solo con todo y en ningun momento nadie del personal me pregunto si necesitaba ayuda. Fue gracias a un huesped ya en el piso de mi habitación que me vio así y decidió ayudarme Entiendo que quizas el hotel no preste ese servicio, pero quizas un poco de empatía sería genial! de resto todo espectacular!

Every thing, the staff bar tender and shuttle driver (sorry I didn’t get names). Were super friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

If it were not for the tick it would have been a really good stay to rest and relax before continuing my journey.
Pros:

I stayed here to rest bedire comtinuig my journey. I especially liked that I could have a drink and order a food close to 11pm. In the morning enjoyed the breakfast and used the gym and the beautiful pool.

Cons:

I went to the bathroom at dawn and when I came back there was a dig tick walking on my bed. I killed it and changed the sheets.
I informed the concierge and he sent a message to the alert the administration but NO ONE ever get back to me. They were supposed to give me feedback and/ir apologize.
