Pros:

The staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing especially Latifa.

Cons:

Horrific experience with the assigned room above a loading dock. Truck traffic with beeping and loading/banging made sleep/rest impossible. Front desk failed to answer when attempting to call several times.

Buen servicio por parte del personal y limpieza excelente de la habitación

Es la segunda vez q vengo y el personal muy amable habitación cómoda buena ubicación, nada más el parqueadero no estoy de acuerdo con el cobro de garage ya q debe ser parte del servicio dar parqueo a los clientes sin cobro, por todo lo demás excelente

Pros:

That it was close to the airport

Cons:

That the rooms you can hear everything from upstairs room, the beds smell like straight bleach. The beds are hard, toilet paper is hard, guest service was rude. They stand there talking to each other not worried about the guest.

Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Paid $25 for parking via a 3rd party app.
Took extra time at check in because the hotel doesn’t handle parking. You must scan a barcode then add your credit card info etc… a hassle just to park your car.

Great place to stay, comfortable rooms made to feel right at home.
Pros:

Staff super friendly great accommodations
Shout out to shuttle driver. Went out of his way for us to make us feel at home after a horrible day at the airport.

TERRIBLE
Pros:

The staff was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me she was not there and gave me her name and email. When I walked away the shuffle bus driver told me that the lady standing beside him was the manager. So I went up to ask her why she did not identify herself and take care of the situation and she stated that I was rude 1st so they are aloud to be rude. It was a tough day but when I got to the room I found that the only things complained on about that place are the front door people!!! Maybe they should do something about that!
