Great hotel with a view in a great safe district close to a big shopping mall.
Pros:

Great Ocean view 3 minutes walk to a major shopping mall in Miraflores area that has shops open till 10pm and restaurant opens till 12 midnight. Safe to walk around at night. Beds were big and comfortable and shower good. Reception efficient and no problem when I left them 6 small bags of presents for my friends in Lima to collect. Breakfast excellent selection and must try the Peruvian passion fruits. No problem organising taxi to airport, but traffic in Lima can be very congested. good working aircon. We stayed twice in two weeks and had a connecting room, one twin and one large double bed. very comfortable hotel.

Cons:

No toilet door in one of the two rooms. there was a shower door and a separate door for the loo.

Cons:

Windowless bathrooms and the fans weren’t strong enough to ventilate. Meaning the bathrooms smelt damp

Great location and good food !!
Pros:

The food at the Hotel was very good !
We had dinner at the RoofTop and the Cheff Mr Roman came to our table to check if we were satisfied.
We had a great gastronomy conversation and since then we saw him everywhere in the Hotel.
He was very kind with us !

Pros:

Location! Location! Right on the shoreline, with a beautiful park outside the entrance, with direct access to the "underground " mall. The mall has many ships and restaurants. It's not fair to call it underground, more like a walkout where the 2 level mall storefronts all are outside. The restaurants are cantilevered over the hillside with spectacular water views of a pier, surfers beach goers and ocean waves. The hotel bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable with ex c ellent blackiut curtains. There is another major shopping area within walking distance. We had asked for bagged breakfasts for an early excursion, and they packed enough food for a day and graciously held our bags for 2 days until we returned for a post excursion night. The guest reception is prompt and efficient. They have a rooftop restaurant, but it was booked when we enquired. Elevators are restricted by card access.

Cons:

The entrance kevel doesn't have a lounge area. They have comfortable benches near the elevators, but there isn't a relaxing gathering space. That is up on the roof and in the 2nd floor breakfast area. I could see how one might say why would you want to wait or relax inside in a beautiful location like this! The hotel valet circle and narrow one way road between the hotel and the park can become quite congested, and there is no marked pedistrian crossing to the park and mall. The cars are coming around a curve right where you'd want to cross. Be careful. Coming back from the mall you have a clear view of the crossing and hotel entrance. We did not go down to the beach as it is a long way down a steep hillside. There are stairs to the beach but not immediately adjacent to the hottel.

Excellent hotel to visit Lima

Our stay was fulfilling here, thanks to the wonderful people here who gave us memories for life
Pros:

We had ocean facing view which was a very big treat. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, right from reaching our luggage personally to our room to organising everything we needed , to guiding us to the restaurants and markets that we should go to. Their buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choice of food.
