Guest Reviews
This is a comfortable hotel but expensive room rate and food in the restaurant. Beach advertised you cannot swim in as it is dirty so only some surfers there and no swimmers. We booked the hotel because of hoping to swim in the sea.
Location wise it is very far from the airport and there is not much to see when you get to the hotel.
Close to airport
No hot water in the shower.

I liked the hotel in general, is clean, the service for the restaurant was wonderful, yohanna was son kind with us in the restaurant, all of them in general but the hotel needs more people like her
I did not like the moment for the payment and the tax return because the bill was not correct and I had to corroborated it with the front desk and at the end, taxes where returned but I felt there was an amount out of of the return and finally they said will return it but I had to maintained a conversation via whatsapp from my country because the amount that the hotel charged on the credit card was not congruent with the amount of the original reserve made from Booking.

A little disappointed with the front desk staff.
We checked n and no one offered to bring the bags to our room. In all the hotel we stayed in Peru an employee would bring us to the room and share any details … not in this one!

A Ceia de Ano Novo achei que poderia ter sido melhor, pelo preço que paguei. Achei a decoração muito simples e o local apesar da vista - INSUMO - estava pouco aconchegante. Havia tambem muito cheiro de fumaça de churrasco no ambiente. A comida e o atendimento foram ótimos.
