From the moment we arrived, reception treated us royally, providing answers to our queries, helping us with our bags and making a restaurant booking. The room was spacious and more than adequately appointed. What was truly outstanding was the breakfast room. Easily the best coffee I have had in Peru. The food selection was amazing and the staff were just too easy to please. Highly recommend.

We meet Christian when we went for dinner, he is such a great guy, he made us feel welcome and right at home.He explained every thing and made great recommendation!
Great views. Great drinks. (Got pisco sours, beers (cusqueña and pilsner) and Malecon (non alcoholic). Had the ceviche, the causa and the salmon tartar. All were delicious but you have to try the ceviche. Daniella and Christian were very friendly and Christian answered all our questions about the food, Peruvian dishes and gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby and Peruvian dishes to try. Jose was the chef and prepared all the dishes beautifully.
The hotel is lovely, but more importantly, the restaurant on the 18th floor with an ocean view, Insumo, was fantastic! Christian was our server and was attentive, helpful, and funny. We ordered the ceviche and fish of the day - both excellent. Christian helped pair tow local cocktails with each dish. Would definitely come back for the food and atmosphere!

The location of the hotel is ideal. We walked everywhere. The restaurants serves very good food. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We had the ceviche, which was the freshest I had here in Peru. Michel and Amy, some of our servers, were welcoming, attentive and very friendly. The hotel is very clean and orderly. We had no issues with noise. The overall service is outstanding.
