Cons:

I didn't like having to pay prior to arrival day. We didn't get room serviced, and we had to ask for dry towels. The "grab and go" food should be complimentary based on the cost of the room.

Amazing Staff, great customer service.

Great location, but the staff at this hotel were amazing, they were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Because of the staff, we will go back.

Perfect Stay!
Pros:

We went for a wedding. The staff Sandy and Lacey were amazing! We love it here! Location is perfect! Room was very clean and well cared for! Thank you Aloft team Glendale! Kevin and Laci!
