Location was good

Cons:

Staff members were rude. And facility was very dirty and room smelled bad/dirty. Check in was delayed and almost got charged twice. They didn’t have my room ready and had to be moved to a different room.

If you’re going to an event at Westgate , the location of the hotel is perfect!
Staff very relaxed and a kick back atmosphere..

Cons:

The room layout was a bit different..
Nothing bad about the Hotel that comes to mind.

Lacee made our experience!
Pros:

Lacee was AMAZING!! We forgot a wine opener, she came promptly to the room with one…and noticed our door didn’t shut correctly..she gave us 4 free drink tickets down at the bar and put in a maintenance request without us even asking. SHE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE!! We will be back!!
