Perfect place to be in Christchurch next to Airport.
Pros:

It was my first time staying at a hotel in Christchurch and I was greeted by such a lovely receptionist, who was super easy friendly and easily checked me into my room. The room was humongous and super clean, the fireplace was a bonus and the jacuzzi was perfect hot on a cold winter night.

Cons:

Should have stayed longer. Next time.

Pros:

This was the only hotel we could find with the All Blacks playing in Christchurch but it turned out to be better than expected. Lovely facilities including heated pool for the kids, great atmosphere, relaxed and really enjoyed our stay. rental car made it easy to get into town.

The room was clean and well prepared for a 2am arrival.

Cons:

The 'free shuttle' that I rang didnt' find me in their arrival at Door 9. Subsequetnly after booking and giving my name and details, they failed to pick me up. It took another call 20 minutes later to get someone to collect me. Given the delay of over 1/2 hour I would have been better paying for a taxi. But when you pay so much for accommodation you expect better.
