Lots of space, great staff, great service
Pros:

Room was immensely spacious! We actually had 4 chairs! Generous with the bath towels with 4 sets for 2 persons. The reception staff (wished I got her name) was extremely helpful. First time I ever got an offer to help us load our baggage, and we had a lot of small bags and we were thinking had to make several trips. This lady pushed the trolley to our car so we can load up and pushed it together with us to our room. Was most grateful as it was a tiring day for us already.
Room design may look a tad not very modern, but every fixture was new looking and very clean, especially the cups and glasses. Not a fingerprint or smudge on them. The coffee machine was also very helpful. Very nice tolietries and even provided a cornstarch shower cap. Spacious shower area where needn't worry about water splashing out.
We voted this the best hotel of the 7 we stayed in our NZ trip.
5 min drive to the airport so we didnt use the free shuttle service.
Also we enjoyed the steak and food at hotel's Pattersons Restaurant. Prices were very reasonable and not ballooned cos of hotel setting. Service was also very good. Excellent stay.

Really good. We enjoyed a relaxing 2 days in Christchurch with an excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Easy parking. Exceptional facilities on premises and plenty of room to enjoy them. Dining very easy. Ordered a pizza at the bar and retired to our room to enjoy. No problem. Full casual dining if required.

Cons:

Nothing. If you want a five star experience in casual mode then this is the place for you.

Perfect Hotel Stay!

Best Airport Hotel - ever
Pros:

I am traveling a lot, and I have been to many 4 and 5-star hotels in my life. Airport hotesl are usually horrible, the only plus is the proximity to the planes. This hotel is great! Spacious corridors, lobby and huge rooms. All super clean, friendly staff. A large bar and restaurant with decent food and views into a beautiful garden. 5 stars for this one. Pity it’s out of town and close to the airport 😉.

Pros:

I appreciated the free airport shuttle and how nice and well-equipped the rooms are. The pool looked nice, too; though, it was a quick stay and I didn't get chance to try it- I actually would have, because it looked clean and sleek.

Cons:

It's not far from the airport, but it is from everything else. There isn't much for vegetarians at the restaurant, no vending to get drinks or snacks. I ended up ordering in, which, to be fair, was a fraction of the cost of the restaurant.
