Comfortable beds for a good sleep
Whilst it is clean in the room, there is a huge construction site just next to the hotel, resulting in noises and dust (window and revolving door).
Location, no frills decor, excellent staff and also an excellent meal in the intimate restaurant ( we usually avoid hotel restaurants!) but your solo chef did a wonderful job!

Right by the train station, convenient for travellers that are looking for that. Great, modern build, with comfortable and ergonomic rooms. The hallways, often poorly planned and maintained in European hotels, are spacious and clean. The outdoor area on the ground floor is a nice and unexpected touch. Hair dryer permanently situated in the washroom is an example of good design.
The bar and its food were impressive as well. Ultimately the hotel is a no-fuss, comfortable and clean stay.
The lack of a smart TV, or even an option to screencast, is a big let down in 2026, a highly disrupting inconvenience for young travellers. The room lacks type C ports, or any provisions for international ports. The check-in can be smoother, especially when you’ve pre-paid.
The location not being central to Grote Markt/ City hall is something to consider for many travellers.
