Heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel dat al onze verwachtingen overtrof. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. We vroegen na de eerste nacht een extra deken en die werd meteen gebracht. De kamers waren schoon en ruim met een goed bed. We vroegen om een rustige kamer en we kregen een kamer aan de achterkant die inderdaad heerlijk rustig was. Er was een bar waar we 's avonds wat konden drinken. En het ontbijt was fantastisch, uitgebreid, gevarieerd en heel erg lekker. Echt een feestje. We komen zeker terug.

Cons:

Er viel echt niks tegen.

De gerieflijke kamer.

Ontbijt was super, locatie aan het station in het centrum is heel gemakkelijk. Heel mooi interieur

Cons:

Voor mij 1 ook min puntje het was veel te warm in de kamer. De airco / verwarming stond op 24gr. Je kon ze met 3 gr verminderen maar dit duurde heel lang

Buen hotel, excelente
Pros:

El hotel todo excelente. Buen desayuno, buena habitación y el personal muy competente y amable. La ubicación perfecta .

Cons:

Nos dieron opción de no limpiar la habitación a cambio de una consumición y cuando hemos ido a tomarla no pudimos porque tenía un horario limitado. Queríamos tomarla hoy a las 17h antes de irnos y nos han dicho que tenía que haber sido ayer. Así que eso tendrán que mejorarlo o no ofrecerlo, porque nos quedamos sin servicio de limpieza en la habitación y sin consumición, a pesar de esto si volvemos a Amberes volveremos a reservar allí

! The receptionists were very good. Always ready to help with anything. I enjoy my staying.

They clean the rooms very late. Some days I’ll come back for lunch time and room will be not clean. But I’m happy with cleaning.
