Not good in service to customer and steeling the personal equipment.
Pros:

Unfortunately I left in the room my AirPods, I call them the same day I left the hotel, They asked me to send an email, but even if I have sent the printscreen from location of my Airpods and they were not able to send them back to me and try to persuide me lost them somewherelse, etc.

It was a great visit. Quiet, clean, rooms a little smaller than expected but overall great place.
Pros:

The staff was stellar and accommodate all our needs and were friendly, professional and helpful. The room (we had a high floor room) and it was tiny and the website described it and shared pics only of your suites so were a little taken aback when we checked in but it turned out fine, even though it wasn't what we had anticipated. Breakfasts were great and the location, although very urban has great restaurants and shops within a couple blocks and walking access to most everything in Athens so no need for a car. There is an Avis rental car right next to the hotel so if you need a car you have easy access,.

Top zentrale Lage mit Panoramablick auf die Akropolis! Moderne geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr freundliches Personal, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (das Restaurant ist auch am Abend zu empfehlen) und toller Spa im Souterrain.

Perfectly located boutique hotel for our stay in Athens
Pros:

We were greeted by the friendly helpful staff at this modern boutique hotel. We had cocktails and ate breakfast at the rooftop lounge with a view of the Acropolis. The location is perfect near the Acropolis museum. And twhere we had to meet our guide for our walking tour of the Acropolis. The room was modern ,clean and nicely appointed. I would recommend state f here code your visit to Athens

Het personeel en de locatie, mooie kamers, uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, goed restaurant.

Cons:

Jammer dat de jacuzzi enkel toegankelijk was tegen betaling, het tweede bed in de familiekamer is aan de smalle kant voor 2 personen.
