Absolutely everything
Everyone was very polite and kind. The breakfast was delicious.
The room was a little smaller than I expected. World Cup matches were not on TV.
Good location away from the noise but not too far from the center
I booked a tour through the hotel, i specifically asked for someone with knowledge in Art History but they provided a standard tour guide and would not share information on their profile. The tour was OK, however at the end of the tour, the guide asked for payment in cash which i had no knowledge of, and the hotel said they were not responsible, i was annoyed that the hotel did not inform me and i was low in cash.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room with Acropolis view, although not very big, is very well organized and perfectly clean. The bedding is perfect. The breakfast on the rooftop is fresh and very varied. The spa is top quality and I recommend having a massage. The staff in general is so kind and professional.
Nothing
The Niche Hotel Athens was fine, but the standard rooms are exceptionally small and not very comfortable for two people. However, I really appreciated that the staff went out of their way to change us to a slightly larger room. The highlights of the stay were definitely the location, the rooftop restaurant, and the breakfast, all of which offer beautiful views during the morning and night. My only real disappointment was the value; despite the high price tag, it didn't quite deliver the boutique hotel experience I expected.
The standard rooms are extremely small. They are so cramped that you can't even fit or open two suitcases inside without tripping over them, making it very uncomfortable for two people.
My family -9 of us stayed for the first time June 9-12. We travel quite frequently from the US and spent 18 years in London. This hotel and spa are simply amazing .
The service is of the highest standard and
Staff not only professional but like a friend
The Location is perfect location with views of the Acropolis
Rooms are ample and like new
The restaurant on the roof facing the Acropolis close by is memorable.
The food offering starting with an amazing
Buffet breakfast and ending in our view with a Michelin quality dinner overlooking the Acropolis .
Overall a wonderful experience for all.
Beautiful, wonderful staff, fabulous view and food from the rooftop bar
We had a family of eleven in six rooms. It was a lot! And airline issues did not make it easy. But Niche staff were unfailingly welcoming, kind, attentive and helpful. Luggage storage was happily provided as were umbrellas when needed. Rooms were all attractive, comfortable and clean. The pillow menu is a big plus for fussy pillow people. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a fabulous view of the Acropolis. Breakfast had so many hot and cold choices, all good, that it was difficult to choose. Highly recommend.
Not a thing.
Très bien
The stork rooftop bar and restaurant
Nothing
Their attentiveness to my needs and requests
We had a family of twelve in six rooms. It was a lot. And airline issues did not make it easy. But, Niche staff were unfailingly welcoming, kind and helpful. Luggage storage is happily provided as are umbrellas as needed. Rooms were all attractive, comfortable and clean. The pillow menu is a big plus for those of us who are fussy pillow people. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a fabulous view of the Acropolis. Having drinks there is a like a dream. Breakfast has so many hot and cold choices, all good, that it is difficult to choose! Again, staff are lovely and super attentive. Highly recommend.
As a professional tour guide, I have the opportunity to visit and evaluate many hotels in different destinations, so I tend to be quite selective when choosing where to stay. During my visit to Athens, my boyfriend and I chose the Niche Hotel Athens, and one of the main reasons was its exceptional location facing the Acropolis.
Beyond the stunning view, what truly distinguished this hotel for me was its successful integration of Athens' historical heritage into the guest experience. As someone who spends much of my professional life interpreting history and culture for travelers, I was particularly impressed by the spa area, which incorporates ancient stones dating back centuries. This attention to historical authenticity created a unique atmosphere that goes far beyond what most luxury hotels offer.
Our Acropolis-view room was beautifully appointed, and waking up to one of the world's most iconic monuments was an unforgettable experience. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall standard of service matched the quality of the property.
For travelers seeking not only comfort and luxury but also a meaningful connection with Athens' rich past, I would highly recommend this hotel. It was one of the most memorable stays I have experienced in Greece.
The breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop bar and restaurant excellent. Room was very clean and pleasant but very small.
The room was very small and there were no drawers. There was absolutely nowhere where you could even wash your underwear. Would have been much better if a couple of shelves which you could see into had been available. TV could not be made to work.
