I liked that they found my booking information quicker than the last hotel. I had issues with a different hotel and they were well aware and made my late stay soo welcoming that I stayed an extra night.

I was very disappointed with my experience during my stay.
Upon entering the hotel, my party and I were not greeted by any staff members, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. During check-in, the front desk associate provided very little communication. The only way I knew my room number was by looking at the key card holder, as it was not verbally provided. Additionally, the associate appeared to be unwell, as she was repeatedly sniffing throughout the interaction.
When I entered the room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The couch and ottoman were visibly dirty, and the desk had not been properly cleaned.
Later, I called the front desk to request a box of tissues. Instead of having the item delivered to my room, I was instructed to come to the front desk to pick it up. In my experience staying at hotels, requested amenities are typically delivered to the guest’s room, so this was surprising and inconvenient.
Considering I spent nearly $500 on this stay, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, customer service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations, and I left feeling very disappointed.

If the front desk girl had not been in such a hurry and had looked at my account before just charging my card, I had already paid for my room she charged my card already. So I could not get my refund right away 5 days I am having to wait for a mistake. . I feel if she would had just looked at my acct. she would have seen the charges already.

Room was large and comfortable.
The toilet was too short.
Front desk agent was friendly and the room was a good size.
We didn't have enough towels for everyone in the room.
The trundle bed couldn't be used because there were food crumbs and hair on it.
Property and location was fine
The bathroom tub was all chipped and peeling. Also when you showered the shower head had barely and water pressure. Minimal at best. We only stayed one night and got in late so it was to late to do anything

Gym, room although tight for 4 people
Lack of cleaning of rooms, even after requested. Bathroom towel holder fell.. pool pretty underwhelming and in the shade. During the summer and world cup, breakfast should be served until at least 10am
Hotel limpio y cómodo, pegado a la autopista. Se llega en 20 min con el auto al centro de Dallas. Estacionamiento gratuito. Habitación amplia. Nos gustó todo el hotel, en general, muy moderno. El personal muy simpático y siempre disponible ante cualquier pregunta. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno también, bueno.
