The doorknob doesn’t work have to replace. The tv was wireless, without electric cable. Hot water not was enough hot. Breakfast not included. To expensive for the experience

No hot water, confirmed ride to airport was cancelled last minute. My card was charged 3 times for the one night we stayed, refund never processed as promised. Hotel provided false information to the credit card company to avoid refunding the charges.

Overall was very pleasant

The beds were comfortable, room was quiet and dark!

Cons:

The front desk associates didn’t honored our reservation through booking and charged us over for breakfast for my nephew who is 16yo, booking.com age for a child is 17yo and for the hotel is 12yo.

I had a nice stay

Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast good

Cons:

The floor mat in the room is very dirty. If walked on the mat with bare feet, the feet get black from the dirt! Needs cleaning!!
In the past you could tell the cook how you wanted the eggs cooked. This service is not available anymore
