Cons:

El aire acondicionado de todo el hotel estaba dañado, dijeron que nos iban a dar ventiladores y nunca los entregaron, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona.

I love Holiday Inn I’ve never had a bad stay but this one sucked!

To be honest the only thing I liked was the pool

Cons:

My room was hot and despite the AC being set at 60 it felt like 74 degrees. I did not need covers at all, when telling the front desk the man said he would send maintenance or a fan and I asked for both. When none of those arrived I called and the guy himself brought me the fan at 1am but maintenance never showed up so we had to sleep in this hot room for two days. The lobby was colder I wanted to sleep there -_-
