Overall, I had a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again.
Pros:

While the hotel is not the most modern, from the start of your experience you notice how clean it is. Even from the corridors. I liked the temperature in the rooms, strong reliable wifi and also reliable shuttle service. It's breakfast is basic but runs until 10am, which gave me time to sleep in. And it is walking distance to Westland Mall.

Cons:

There are 2 things that would make my stay better, if there was a microwave in the room (microwaves are available downstairs) and some other hotels have a couple bottles of water in the room and there was none.

Cons:

El baño era muy viejo, la ducha se veía amarilla y sucia.
No tenía lo más mínimo, tuve que pedir un lápiz y un papel porque la habitación no tenía.
La señora de cabello negro que atendió en el restaurante era grosera y tosca.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel nos avisaron que no había agua caliente y que no sabían cuando se solucionaría. Me dijeron que me iban a hacer un reintegro del 30% a través de Booking pero no he recibido nada aún. En compensación nos dieron un desayuno de cortesía.
