Que dan oportunidad de guardar equipaje antes y después de chec out y check in

En la habitación no servía el aire acondicionado, no se podía apagar y al decirles no solucionaron diciendo que pusiéramos toallas para taparlo porque no había personal de mantenimiento para arreglarlo ni otra habitación disponible, tampoco servía el control remoto de tv y no lo cambiaron
