Pésimo el desayuno, una de las razones por la cual elegí este hotel fue por el desayuno que se suponía era buffet, sin embargo el primer fue pésimo el servicio del desayuno, todo muy precario y de muy mala calidad. También en el baño en suite el inodoro por fuera tenia feca, estaba muy mal aseado el baño, no habían toallas y artículos de aseo. Muy lamentable todo y por ultimo, andábamos con una adulta mayor y no nos dijeron que no había ascensor en el hotel, por tanto no recomiendo para nadie este hotel, queda lejos de todo y la atención muy mala.
Absolutamente nada de este hotel me gusto, todo muy precario y no se condice con el precio y con las 3 estrellas que dice tener.

no lo encontre inclusivo para personas de edad avanzada y/o con problemas de movilidad, podría cambiar algunos escalones por pequeñas rampas y contar con un ascensor. En mi experiencia mi pareja que es corta de vista tropezó con un escalón saliendo del comedor y se golpeó con la puerta y mi caso iba con una lesión en mi rodilla y sentí molestias al tener q subir escaleras porque no hay habitaciones en el primer piso y no cuentan con ascensor.
El hotel estaba en buen sitio y el personal era super amable

Well located, near downtonw and very near to Feria 28 de Julio, the most important clothing fair and store in Tacna. Lots of restaurants in the sorrounding areas. The staff was always polite. I only think that the breakfast could be improved, not bad, but it could be much better. From the International Tacna Bus Station I paíd 8 soles to this hotel.
