Walter was very helpful. The room is quite ok. Hard to open the door.

Great place to spend the night. It was clean and spacious and the shower was surprisingly great too. I would definitely stay again it was comfortable and clean and even included a basic breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located. I enjoyed the stay and the staff was very accommodating to me and my family. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

loud... its loud here, the hotel was basically all empty when we stayed and ofcourse they put us in the room closest to the road, the windows here are so poorly made that sound comes into the room as if the windows are open, it makes no difference in sound closed or open. so i asked for a different room and what do they do.. they put us in the room 2nd away from the main road lol wut. i then asked for a room FAR from the road which should not be a problem considering only one other person was staying in the hotel and they gave me some stupid excuse.

The hotel and room are well-maintained and very clean. So close to the train station and bus to MP. We were picked up and walked over by a friendly employee. Really happy with quality of room for a lovely night in Aguas Calientes.

Hotel muito próximo a estação de trem (2-3min andando), com vista para a montanha. Quarto limpo, confortável, café da manhã ótimo, equipe boa - nos orientou sobre várias coisas para a ida a Machu Picchu, inclusive com um mapa. Também guardaram nossas mochilas enquanto íamos a Machu Picchu sem custo nenhum.
Algo que acho importante destacar - que não tinha visto em lugar nenhum - é que eles têm horários para a água quente (algo como das 04h-10h e das 16h-22h), então é bom prestar atenção no horário do trem se quiser tomar um banho quente antes de dormir.

川沿いにある宿で朝食会場から川や山が見える開放的な雰囲気がよかったです。家族で経営されており、ホットウォーターやドライヤーなどリクエストに応えてくれました。部屋はシンプルですが、清潔です。シャワーは使える時間が限られていますが、きちんと温かかったです。朝食も種類は多くないが、卵料理を作ってくれたり温かみをかんじました。

Amazing staff service. This hotel is really clean and location is great . Super close to bus station to MP. Defiantly recommended.

Sumamente amables. Muy limpio. Se nos olvidó una maleta en Cusco y el dueno os hizo el favor de ir por ella sin cobrarnos nada. Muy buen desayuno.
Eso si, muchas escaleras.

The owners are awesome. After checking into our room and getting settled there, we discovered some issues with sink. The owners were so nice that they gave us two rooms for us (family of four). Location of the property is great - walking distance from train and bus stations and all the eatery places. Would love to come back to this town and say hi to this family that owns this place!!

A relaxed place to stay right on the river run by very kind people at an amazing price. They informed us of all the places to go when we arrived, and are within walking distance to everything in Aguas Calientes. They were kind in offering to dry some of our hand washed clothes while we stored our bags and explored the town. Five minutes walk to the bus and train stations.
