Las habitaciones super limpias y muy agradables

El servicio del personal parece como obligado, no se cuidan los pequeños detalles, mi hija quería jugar en el parque de noche. Jugó todo el tiempo en una oscuridad total, pedí que prefieran las luces del parque y del salón de billar y después de mi petición las encendieron como 2 horas después, casi a las 12, ya para que. Áreas comunes como el lugar donde tienen la hamaca totalmente lleno de polvo y mugre que se notaba que no limpiaban hace años. Muchas áreas comunes estaban demasiado sucias y empolvados. A la hora del desayuno pedí unos huevos con queso y la persona que nos tomó el pedido no tenía ni idea de que eran unos huevos con queso e incluso me miró horrible como si estuviese loco, fue una escena de antología. Rescato las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, las instalaciones, agradables, sin embargo el polvo en muchos lugares abundaba. Fui a este hotel por recomendación, pero salí un poco decepcionado, habitaciones limpias y agradables las tienen muchísimos lugares, pero el buen servicio hace la diferencia, adelantarse a las necesidades de un huésped como por ejemplo: encender las luces para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos, limpiar los muebles de las áreas comunes, son detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido, estar toda la noche en esa penumbra con mi familia nos hizo sentir como si alguien nos dijera "YA ES HORA DE IRSE A CASA"

La verdad se nota lo antiguo del lugar ya que no se ve mantenimiento seguido
Pros:

El silencio al descansar

Cons:

* las instalaciones se ven que hace mucho tiempo no les hacen mantenimiento en tema pintura y estructural.
* El menú del restaurante es muy corto en opciones y muy costoso lo poco que ofrecen
* Juegos para los niños con poca iluminación en la noche
