Attentive Service, Fabulous Location and Facilities
Pros:

Excellent service and facilities. I arrived very early in the AM, and the staff let me check-in 5 hours early. I was also there during the Jalisco cartel disruptions, and the staff made me feel well cared for and tended to during that difficult time.

Lovely Stay with Great Service — Disappointed by Theft and A/C Problems
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and located in an excellent area. The property is well-kept, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a great view of the city. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the valet service was always on time and very accommodating, even though the street access is not the easiest. Overall, the hotel has everything needed for a great stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by two major issues. First, our air conditioning only worked for one day, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Second, more than 6,000 pesos were taken from our safe during our stay. We immediately notified the front desk, and while they said they would investigate, we received conflicting information. A maintenance employee mentioned entering our room with a manager and cleaning staff to check the A/C, but later we were told that only housekeeping had accessed the room. In the end, there was no clear resolution regarding the missing money.

We truly liked many aspects of the hotel and believe it could have been an excellent experience, but unfortunately these unresolved issues, especially the theft, significantly impacted our stay.

El hotel está muy bonito, limpio, el staff muy amable y buen servicio. La terraza espectacular.
La ubicación muy buena.
El servicio de valet parking muy bueno.

Cons:

Hubo un detalle con el desagüe de la regadera de la habitación.
Y también hubo un detalle con la recepcionista que revisó una bolsa de algo que habíamos comprado en Guanajuato.
Un poco complicada la calle para llegar al hotel si llevas camioneta o auto amplio.

Comfortable stay and very good location!
Pros:

Property was clean and in a perfect location. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all amenities needed. They have a very nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy a drink.

Cons:

The shower water was never hot, just lukewarm.

Lovely, luke warm !
Pros:

There was a very great spot location.Was the hotel was beautiful?Well appointed comfortable beds nice bar. The staff a superpleasant. The coffee in the morning was delicious.

Cons:

I liked everything except there was no hot water ever.Not at night, not in the afternoon, not in the morning.It was lukewarm to say the least. This would totally make me stay somewhere else.

Excelente ubicación y la vista en la azotea hermosa

Cons:

Nuestra reservación tenía una cama extra grande pero al llegar al hotel nos dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial, al consultar con la recepcionista nos comentó que era una habitación suite junior y que la cama matrimonial era más grande que una cama queen (cosa que creo que deberian de estar informados acerca de esto antes de hacer tal afirmación). No lograron brindarnos una habitación con una cama extra grande que era lo que habíamos pagado
