Ok.
Pros:

The gentleman who helps us with our luggage was vey helpful and respectful.

Cons:

There was some inconvenience with our restroom door. The way that it was handled was disappointing, we had been traveling for quite some time and we were tired and we had to move to a lower floor when we had already unpacked our things, the lady who assisted us could leave us in the same floor. Some attitude and disrespectful.

-limpio
-ubicación

Cons:

Attentive Service, Fabulous Location and Facilities
Pros:

Excellent service and facilities. I arrived very early in the AM, and the staff let me check-in 5 hours early. I was also there during the Jalisco cartel disruptions, and the staff made me feel well cared for and tended to during that difficult time.
