I have stayed here a number of times when i work in Southampton and never had a problem. staff are always happy to help and good for dinner and breakfast always vey good.
Rooms are a little outdated and some need to be redecorated but doesnt put me off staying.

No USB ports or mains socket near bed
While tired and a bit dated it was clean, comfortable bed and quiet- and v good valie. Was surprised there was even a kettle in the room!

Room 12 = end corner with lots of doors opening and closing and guests walking past the window.

Very dated, staff didnt ask how my stay was. Room was small. No plug sockets next to the bed. Tv remote didnt work.
