Exceptional
Pros:

Exceptional clean rooms. The whole building seems to be quite new. Basic breakfast but absolutely satisfying. Nice interiors in the rooms and lobby. Since it is not located in the center, parking has been not a problem at all. I would say one of the best hotel in terms of price-performance ratio we had during our visit in jordan.

Pros:

Price higher than online booking. Surprised. If you are married with a child you will be requested to show a marriage certificate. Which normally we don't think to travel with it around the world. Watch the steps.it's about 50cm steps in front of the hotel.my wife had a terrible torsion for which she's until now suffering. You need a horse to avoid those steps 2 meters from the entrance of the hotel.negative experience is the minimum to say.

An air-conditioned nightmare
Pros:

I spent one night (without being able to sleep) at this hotel, as I was passing through Amman. Let me start with the good things. The room is clean, the air-condition works, the staff at the reception desk are super friendly and very helpful.

Around 10:30 pm, I unplugged myself from my computer, headphones and all that, and wanted to sleep. But that was impossible, there was loud, very, very loud bangs coming from downstairs, it felt like a hammer banging on a wall. I went downstairs to see what's going on, and I discovered that there is a night club inside the hotel, and the music is deafening, extremely loud and it can be heard from blocks away. I thought to myself an hour or so till midnight and they'd probably stop. Went back upstairs, but the horrible noise didn't stop. At 2:30 am, I took my book and went downstairs to the lobby, and I watched in horror, hairy, rough looking, foul mouthed, chain-smoking men hovering over tiny women, mostly Russian, half-drunk, half-terrorized. I watched these women coming from what looked like an underground dungeon. Minutes later I saw about 7 or 8 men emerging from a side door, shouting and cursing at each other, a fight broke out that involved every imaginable curse, but without punches. Few minutes later a heavily drunken woman (not Russian, from the accent I could tell that she was local), emerged from the dungeon, and it was obvious that she was somehow involved in the fight. My taxi driver who happened to be a tourist guide for over 40 years, an expert in "night tourism" as he calls it, in Amman. He told me that this scene is familiar in Amman, and to my amazement he informed me that these establishments are granted permission to party until 3:30 am.

I don't know why a hotel wouldn’t explicitly explain to their guests that this hotel is half night club, half hotel, and let the customer decide if that is what they're looking for. But to trap people in such a nightmare is totally unacceptable. I imagine if a family with kids ended up in a place like this?
I hope that the managment of this hotel read this review, and I dearly hope that someone from the ministry of tourism (who grant permits to such places) would read this review, and perhaps review their policy. I understand that night clubs need to open until very late, but there should be guidelines about noise, especially that this night club is located inside the hotel.

If you’re traveling with your family, don’t stay here. If you’re traveling alone and seeking comfortable and peaceful sleep, don’t stay here.

Pros:

The person in charge was very nice! However the whole hotel (mainly the floor where we stayed and our bedroom) had a strong smell of cigarette. Apart of that everything was ok.
