Really lovely stay well done
Pros:

Location is a good distance from downtown about 30 mins brisk walk. Hotel has a courtesy car which is available on a first come basis breakfast was really nice. Good selection and well presented. Rooms are spacious clean and well equipped

Building works underway in reception and places badly signposted

Comfortable- clean- good AC - we will be back!
Pros:

Love the convenience to Vanderbilt. Loved our newly renovated room. Loved that you didn’t have to ask to have your room cleaned. Loved how helpful Kenyan was. Love their Tennessee tea!

Cons:

If I had to pick one thing I would say it would be the water pressure. It wasn’t bad but I am used to more pressure.

It was excellent and we would definitely come back.
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, had many amenities, beds were very comfortable, food and drinks were very good, staff was helpful and courteous. Our stay was unplanned and ended up amazing!

Cons:

We paid an extra $50 for parking. I have never paid for parking at the hotel I paid to stay at.

Excellent stay, amazing staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating. My spouse and I loved the room and the amenities were excellent. They pulled out the stops to make sure our stay for our elopement was amazing. We’d certainly stay here the next time we visit Nashville.
