The staff was extremely accommodating. My spouse and I loved the room and the amenities were excellent. They pulled out the stops to make sure our stay for our elopement was amazing. We’d certainly stay here the next time we visit Nashville.

Under major renovations. Loud, very dusty and lobby closed. Did not get the room we booked.

I liked the staff text options and text check out. However, staff at front desk unable to answer most questions. Specifically called front desk and Expedia to allow family members who we rented a room for to check in. Assured by both the hotel and staff it was no problem and yet upon arrival our family had to wait for us to come back to check them in. Disappointed

We went celebrate my spouse’s birthday and when I told them that it was his birthday they went above and beyond to make his a experience a nice one with complimentary services/room upgrade and a birthday card with bottle service!
