Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschöner kolonialer Bau mit viel Charme. Die Anlage ist sehr elegant und verfügt über mehr fantastischen Pools sowie ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant.

Das Personal war hervorragend – stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich immer Zeit für uns genommen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Ein besonderes Highlight, das auf den ersten Blick gar nicht erwähnt wird, sind die Tukane und Aras, die auf dem Hotelgelände leben. Das war für uns eine wundervolle Überraschung und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich diesen bekannten Satz einmal selbst schreiben würde: Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Zimmer war groß und schön, jedoch war die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Außerdem beschlugen die Fenster schnell, wenn die Klimaanlage nicht auf eine niedrige Temperatur eingestellt war. Mit einer Modernisierung und einigen Verbesserungen könnte das Hotel jedoch wieder deutlich an Attraktivität gewinnen.

Bel hôtel, 2 piscines, bon petit-déjeuner, sur la plage coin tranquille avec des lits. Animaux en liberté à admirer. Hôtel excentré donc quartier plus calme. Restaurants à 10 minutes à pied.

Cons:

La chambre où nous avons logé était un peu vieillotte. Pas assez de serviettes, pas de sèche-cheveux pas obtenus sur demande. Cela serait appréciable d'avoir quelques parasols sur la plage.

Lejos el mejor hotel familiar de Cartagena

Fue una estadía increíble! Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad, el personal excelente siempre muy atentos. Las instalaciones limpias y espaciosas, la comida variada y con servicio de café disponible gran parte del día.
