L'hotel è oggettivamente stupendo. L'architettura coloniale e la vegetazione tropicale sono splendide. Inoltre gli animali liberi in giro per l'hotel sono un sogno. Onestamente credo che durante il soggiorno in Colombia si debba prenotare una notte qui nonostante non sia vicinissimo al centro. È un'esperienza unica.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con i vicini di stanza che tenevano la musica altissima fino alle 4 del mattino ma lo staff non è riuscito a imporsi sulla maleducazione dei due ospiti e abbiamo dovuto cambiare noi la stanza e questo onestamente non mi è piaciuto. In un 5 stelle mi aspetto che le regole vengano fatte rispettare diversamente.

Me encantó las instalaciones, los animalitos que hay para mi bebé fueron asombrosos, le encantó ver animalitos. La piscina muy bella, me hicieron un regalo por mi cumpleaños y fue un detalle muy lindo.

Cons:

La atención. Llegamos al hotel y en la recepción no nos ayudaron ni con el coche del bebé. Los precios del restaurante algo elevados, comer por fuera en buenos restaurantes sale mejor.

El ambiente de naturaleza y la amplitud del lugar, unido a la arquitectura del hotel antiguo.

Cons:

Hay detalles con las habitaciones y el servicio. No había un simple aviso de "No molestar" y al solicitarcelo a la señorita camarera informo que no había más. Esto causo problemas para el tiempo que se debía hacer el aseo. También falta algo de instalaciones en la habitación, no hay donde colgar toallas o secar ropa.

Το πρωινό ήταν σε συνεργασία με ένα πολύ καλό μαγαζί αλλά το ποσό πίστωσης που δίνουν για το πρωινό, ήταν κατά την άποψή μας μικρό.
