Nos gustó el desayuno, la ubicación, el parque y las piscinas.

Cons:

No me gustaron las habitaciones, porque la que nos dieron tenía hongos en el techo y tampoco tenía colgadores para las toallas, estaba todo muy lindo, pero hay que mantenerlo limpio. Tampoco nos dejaban las toallas para todos.

Pros:

El hotel tiene amplias zonas verdes, rodeado de mucha naturaleza, se puede ver variedad de aves, tiene acceso fácil a la playa, las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y confortables, el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, el desayuno incluido en el precio es muy bueno, con variedad de alimentos, tienen servicio de restaurante, la ubicación es inmejorable.

La variedad de las piscinas,, todas ok, las habitaciones muy amplias y modernas, excelentes vistas. Tiene la mayoría de actividades posibles. Ambiante natural y familiar.

Lo que no me gustó, fue la atención del personal de bebidas, el señor Fredy en especial no fue cortez, muy déspota su atencion, despues el resto del personal todo ok.

Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso. Nossa hospedagem foi muito tranquila. Eles possuem um espaço muito lindo e bem cuidado, há várias piscinas e todas são muito limpas. O espaço é bem arborizado e conta com vários animais que ficam soltos pelo ambiente como cervos, araras, tucanos, pavões, etc.
o atendimento dos funcionários é incrível! Todos muito educados e disponíveis todo tempo. Minha filha que eh criança, passou mal durante a viagem com desidratação e recebemos um suporte prestado pelo hotel maravilhoso.
Havia uma enfermaria disponível dentro no hotel e nos prestaram atendimento imediato. Chamaram enfermeiros para fazer a avaliação, uma médica veio avaliar, nos prescreveram uma receita com medicamentos e orientações tudo no providenciado pelo próprio hotel e sem custos adicionais. Enviaram uma refeição adequada para ela que não estava disponível no cardápio preparada por eles e ligavam de hora em hora pra saber notícias, inclusive no dia posterior.
Nossa experiência foi incrível e muito positiva.

Najlepszy z hoteli w Cartagenie!
Pros:

Cudowny, kolonialny budek, z pięknym ogrodem, zwierzętami. Dużo basenów, nie ma tłoku. Doskonała lokalizacja. Obiekt strzeżony, bezpieczny. W pokojach czysto, duża łazienka. Pyszne śniadania. W pobliżu plaża, plac zabaw (hotelowy jak i poza), są od razu taksówki do starego miasta, są wesołe autobusy. Mnóstwo sklepów w okolicy.

Cons:

Niuanse, czasem ciut chłodniejsza woda pod prysznicem- co tylko stanowiło ochłodę od upału, momentami w nocy w pokoju od strony ulicy słychać samochody lub trąbienie.

Todo fue increíble, no fue necesario salir del hotel porque todo estaba ahí, la comida, la atención, las instalaciones, la playa, todo superó nuestras expectativas, sin duda alguna al volver a Cartagena nos hospedarnos aquí nuevamente.
