NOUS AVONS ÉTÉ FACTURÉ ET NOUS N’AVONS MÊME PAS EU DE CHAMBRE LORSQUE NOUS SOMMES ARRIVÉES!! ILS ÉTAIENT MINUIT ET NOUS AVONS DÛ TROUVER UN AUTRE ENDROIT OÙ DORMIR !!! J’EXIGE D’ÊTRE REMBOURSÉ

Pros:

Having booked in advance via Expedia, I arrived at 9.30pm to find that they had decided to give my room to someone else and were now fully booked! Someone came to drive me to a sister hostel, but this was well below standard and did not even have a hot water tap. As was late at night I felt obliged to accept the substitute accommodation but was not a pleasant experience
