Stay for a girls weekend with my daughter to go see the Lion King. Great location, great hotel!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly during the entire stay. We requested an early check in, which was accommodated. Then day of check out we were allowed to check our bags while we explored the city until it was time for our departure.

FABULOUS!!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and extremely kind. The rooms were immaculate! It was a very, very relaxing stay. The gentleman who tended to the pool was so very kind and even found out phone and brought it to us while we were in the lobby. He was very nice to our grandkids. The breakfast was so amazing. I will certainly be back with my family!! We love Chicago and this facility is one of the reasons. Highly recommending to friends and family!!
