Good for what I needed
Pros:

No breakfast at this location but coffee was ready in the morning.

Cons:

I had to call in the middle of the night. Guests were having a party. Not the fault of the hotel but they handled it.

An Excellent Hotel near Tucson Airport
Pros:

This was the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. The spacious reception area connected me to spotlessly clean corridors and elevators to my large well appointed room where I had an extremely comfortable night's sleep. The Hotel is less than a mile from the Airport so an ideal venue for anyone catching a plane or wanting to stay close to the airport itself.

Cons:

That I could not stay longer - but I will certainly stay there on my next trip to Tucson!

The gentleman who checked me in was very professional and friendly

Cons:

Did I have to hear the compressor, or whatever was being run next door, releasing the air pressure every 4 minutes? Could not go to sleep
