Pros:

Arrived to pay. They wanted to charge an extra 50 dollars. I paid for a king NONsmoking. And because they overbooked i was given a smoking room.

Overall, the location and safety would make me choose this again.
Pros:

Coffee was great. Location was great. Centralized and close to alot and in a good part of town. The room itself met basic needs and the air conditioner was great! Staff was very friendly and made check in and out very easy.

Cons:

We only had 3 pillows though. Only 2 towels. No shampoo and conditioner. Broken towel rack holders. Bathroom door had no door knob and only opened barely enough for one person and it was an ADA unit. No room to push wheel chair through. For the price it wasn't terrible.

Good price minus black mold in the bathroom.
Pros:

Coffee was decent. Bed was decent. Towels were great. Floor needed mopping.

Cons:

Black mold in bathroom. Receptionist blaring prayers in the reception one morning and refusing to turn it down. "I don't turn down Jesus!". First, not Jesus sharing and secondly, she couldn't hear me. Doors to other rooms need to have a closure put on them because they would slam shut and shake the walls...

Pros:

Nice room with microwave and frig. Free coffee in the lobby. Staff very helpful. When my key stopped working, he fixed it within seconds. Gave me extra pillows when I asked.

Cons:

I would have liked more towels. But if I would have asked, I probably would have gotten them.

Basic but good
Pros:

Lady at check in was fantastic. Good location. Bed was actually very comfortable.

Cons:

It appears very run down from the outside, and as soon as I got out of my car I smelled marijuana being smoked- but inside it was fine.

Not a good area, Not clean
Pros:

Cons:

had a leaking bathroom ceiling it flooded the bathroom! was promised a non smoking room the next day said they “over booked” so they couldn’t give me one. had a total of 6 rooms 2 of the other bathrooms were not clean. One even had a bar of soap jammed in the drain. Asked for a refund was told yes she just had to talk to the manager but was never issued a refund.
