Sehr nettes Personal, in allen Bereichen. Super Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Leckeres Essen, keine Wartezeiten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

Nicht Klimatisiert, wenn es in der Nacht abkühlt, auch kein Problem.

Unser Zimmer war etwas verwinkelt und man hörte die Geräusche vom Gang her (vorallem das Quitschen) der Nachbartür).

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable. The accommodation was fine.

Cons:

Very poor customer service and an unpleasant attitude from the owner. We were charged for a dinner I did not have, despite clearly saying I did not want a meal. The final bill also included an unexpected €100 cleaning fee. The charges were not transparent and questioning them resulted in a very unpleasant discussion with the owner. Breakfast was repetitive with very little variety. We would definitely not return.

Pros:

Eigener Balkon, genug Platz zu viert im Zimmer, auch das Bett für die Kinder war komfortabel und keine durchgesessene Ausziehcouch (wie wir es schon erlebt haben). Der hauseigene Zugang zum Bach hinterm Hotel ist sehr einladend zum Verweilen, zum Baden für Temperaturempfindliche aber etwas frisch, aber dafür gibts den Indoorpool usw. Auch mit Hund toll!

Cons:

Das Haus ist etwas verwinkelt gebaut, es gibt einige Verbindungsgänge und mehrere Treppenhäuser, das kann Anfangs etwas verwirren. Aber das ist wirklich schon Raunzen auf sehr hohem Niveau!

Pros:

Het contact wat het personeel met je maakt elke dag. Even checken of alles goed was en of er nog wensen waren. Ze stonden echt voor je klaar! Ik heb ook 2x de was weg gebracht naar de receptie en dat kon ik aan het eind van de dag weer keurig schoon en droog, opgevouwen ophalen. Super service!
En wat heel fijn was dat je heerlijk aan het water kon zitten op eens stuk prive terrein.

Cons:

Geen airco of ventilator in de kamer. En dat bijna alle welness faciliteiten gesloten waren. Er was 1 sauna open. Dat vonden we jammer.
