A great place to stay in the heart of Amman
Pros:

- Staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional
- Great price vs quality
- quite, and beds are comfortable
- Rooms are clean (no dirt, hair or weird smell)
- walking distance (around 15 minutes max) to Amman old city center (elbalad)
- opposite to an oriental authentic coffee shop (umm kolthoum coffee shop مقهى ام كلثوم)
- walking distance (around 20 minutes max) to Shawerma Reem on 2nd roundabout
- multiple groceries are beside the hotel
- walking distance (around 1 minutes max) to mosque مسجد الضياء
- neighborhood is quite but not haunting

Cons:

- I truly believe they have a lot of potential to be better, like a Nespresso machine in the room would definitely be a game changer
- Not relatively close to an shopping mall, need transportation to reach one

When using this hotel be prepared for very old furniture and layout of rooms
Pros:

Some staff members were good but some didn’t have sense of responsibility. Things were not done because they didn’t pay attention

Cons:

Some staff did not show professionalism and paid no attention to issues highlighted, communication was poor
We were given a triple room which had a broken bathroom door, sink cabinet door was broken and furniture in the room was standing on one leg. We were shifted to another room which was a bit better. I requested for partial refund for 2 nights by sending email to management but after 4 weeks didn’t even receive a response

Amazing
Pros:

I like the location, 2 minutes to downtown. They have the friendly staff. Good breakfast. We have to leave early and they arrange a early breakfast for us. I love that they have a Filipina who made us feel welcome.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, plusem jest parking przed hotelem.
Pokoje bardzo czyste. Obsługa ( Jazeef) jak najbardziej w porządku, pomocny i podpowiedział dobre miejsca z lokalnym jedzeniem.
