Pros:

it's a great hotel to relax and enjoy nature. In the morning we could see many birds, squirrels and Iguanas(Pacasos) in the trees by our room. It's on a hill so get ready to walk up some stairs to your room.

Pros:

Un posto magico con un clima perfetto in una vegetazione di rara bellezza. Un’ottima scelta per chi ama la natura: vicinissimo alla spiaggia ma distante dal “caos”.

Hotel muy bonito con camas comodas y habitaciones grandes! Personal muy simpatico y atento

Cons:

Desayuno un poco limitado teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga. La pica perdia agua y la vinieron a arreglar pero al dia siguiente seguia perdiendo agua. El aire acondicionado no es muy eficiente y alguna noche pasamos calor.

Pros:

Prachtige kamers, mooi zwembad, lekker ontbijt. Binnen 2 minuten sta je op het strand.

Cons:

Het was ongeveer 15 minuten met een tuktuk naar het centrum van Mancora over een zeer hobbelige strandweg. Wifi verbinding werkte niet altijd.

Lindo lugar, la atencion a algunos detalles lo convertiría en excelente.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, si bien no está en primera línea de playa, estas a pocos metros y sales a una playa que a nuestro parecer es de las mejores por la privacidad, muy poco concurrida.
El entorno natural del hotel es muy lindo y la tranquilidad del mismo es perfecto para descansar.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, el check in a pesar de haber avisado en todo momento a la hora que llegaríamos no nos espero nadie luego de varias horas de vuelo y cerca del hotel no hay donde cenar después de las 9:30 pm, se debe ir a Mancora, vale destacar que el Hotel tuvo una atención con nosotros por este asunto gracias a las gestiones de Susana, lo cual agradecemos.
El personal no resultaba para nada amable a la hora de atender, la cerveza nunca estaba fria (siendo un hotel de playa es algo bastante básico a considerar), la carta bastante limitada si vas por varias noches.
Otro tema a solucionar es el comportamiento de los gatos, apenas las personas se retiran de sus mesas los gatos suben a la misma a comer directamente de los platos que han quedado allí.
