I stayed several times at this marvelous place. Just to point out the breakfast bouffett, the service at the reception desk and the room service, which is cleaning every day is splendid and a real pasis for travellers.

Very old furniture curtains are broken I had to wait at least 2 hours for them to fix and even after they brought the guy he did not fix it fully. Hair dryer is broken I had to call again to fix. Safety box was not working I had to call them . Room condition is horrible I don’t recommend anyone to go there very expensive when you consider the room condition and facility in the hotel
Overall good you get what you need but not a 4 stars. Area is safe and less noisy than expected ( ofcourse still noisy you’re in Cairo) i recommend

The Flamenco Hotel is a good alternative when you look for an affordable hotel on the really interesting Gezira Island. The service is very good. The only thing I missed was a pool.

The room looked very old and not very good. But, when we arrive we got a really bad room, and there was a girl in the reception who was exceptional and help us moved to another room

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room facing Nile and it had the most beautiful view of river Nile . The staff was excellent and well versed in english and ready to help you at every step . The breakfast was excellent. Overall I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel . I would highly recommend this hotel .
