工作人員刻意刁難，台灣人避雷吧

2年前曾來住過這間飯店，當時體驗還可以，沒想到這次卻成為是我們自助旅歐7次遇過最差的飯店經驗

1. 辦入住時女服務員態度很差，因為我們打擾了她滑手機的時間（女工作人員滑著橘色iPhone 手機，手機殼裡面放滿耶穌畫像⋯）
2. 住宿費用已經在booking 上預定時全額付清，隔天退房時，男接待員卻質疑我在booking 上只有做預訂沒有刷卡，當場要求我再付款，等他確認系統好久，才確定我們早就付清了，最後他也沒道歉（看了評論發現很多人遇到這個問題，甚至有台灣人當下傻傻的就再刷了，只能事後等退款）
3. 預定前有先跟飯店傳訊息，他們承諾可以在退房後給收據。退房時，同一位男接待員卻堅持不給，理由是我們是用booking訂購的，不是直接交易。當下他另一位女同事在旁不斷跟他說：booking 是個例外，可以給收據，我已經給過很多組客人。男接待員依舊繼續刁難。我拿出預定時他們的承諾訊息，他竟回覆那是客服人員不知道。我們有說明因為保險理賠需要收據，而且當天早上要趕去機場，他仍然繼續刁難，重複著一些歪理（這點在評論也有發現類似的，事前承諾會給收據，最後沒給）
4. 我會說德語，發現兩位接待員都不大會說德語，應該不是本地人。過程中，男接待員甚至對我們大聲說：這裡是奧地利，你們沒資格要求我。我非常傻眼，客人退房索取收據不是很合理的事嗎？更何況預定時有先跟飯店確認過。他大聲喧嚷這裡是奧地利，但他根本連德語都不會講！（有幾則奧地利當地人的評論也提及接待人員幾乎不會說德語）

2年前住宿時遇到的服務人員態度很和善，所以這次來維也納也選擇再次入住，沒想到成為最糟的經驗，不會再來了

Nice hotel very close to central train station
Pros:

Nice hotel in a modern building. Very close to the main train station. Comfortable bed. Happy overall stay.

Cons:

The room ceiling looks a concrete surface. Not sure it's nice looking for many. Paint it white would be better.
