Pros:

Nice pool, breakfast ok (some variety), lady from reception organized us a taxi to the train station at fair cost

Breakfast room too cold, tables are not cleaned properly in the breakfast room

Hotel has a special charme from 50s.

Cons:

Overall experience: The hotel has some years in its bones. Some more attention regarding the breakfast buffet would be appreciated.
One negative aspect. I asked the reception for a transport to the airport. Cost was around 65T Kip. He charged me upfront 200T.
Sorry that is not customer friendly. All other personnel was good.

Pros:

Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet; der Pool ist schön und das Gym ist okay ausgestattet.

Cons:

Im Hotel sind auch Konferenzräume und ich fand es etwas unangenehm, mich im Bikini am Pool zu bräunen und zu baden, während mich Männer in Anzügen in ihren Vortragspausen begutachtet haben.

The gym is good, the pool is excellent, very comfy rooms, great value for money and location is 5mins walk to Mekong. They even gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room, so happy

Pros:

Fabulous old style colonial hotel with good use of marble and wood. Large swimming pool.
The hotel arranged a car and driver to visit the sights each day at a good price.
