Pros:

Snídaně výborná, jen nám chyběla čerstvá zelenina (byla neděle). Vše čisté, funkční, udržované, přístup personálu velmi vstřícný a ochotný (nic není problém, vše vysvětlili). Koupelna přepychová; v předsíni světlo na senzor, není nutno potmě hledat vypínač. Budova tichá a útulná.

Cons:

Okno do silnice (č. 150 na Bystřici p.H., v noci provoz není, ale brzy ráno ano), na náš vkus příliš měkké postele a naducané polštáře. Byli jsme ale jen jednu noc. Večerní příchod pěšky k hotelu z města je lehce nekomfortní - jde se podchodem pod tratí, který je úzký (ale dobře osvětlený) a podél cesty je neudržované křoví.

Здравствуйте! Персонал хороший, в номере чисто. Завтраки чуде!

Cons:

- Минус в том что в понедельник и вторник не работает SPA, сауна, джакузи. И в номере для двоих скрипит очень кровать😁🤣

Great location for us, and the property was really pretty. We had breakfast &parking which are key.
Pros:

We found this hotel to be quite nice. We had a room in the less fancy, more economical building of two. The room was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at their restaurant and really enjoyed it, and we had family from close by join us, and they really liked it.

Snídaně i čistota hotelu je na 1*. Personál byl též velmi milý

Cons:

V blízkosti je vlakové nádraží a v noci byl hluk poměrně rušivý. Matrace byla tvrdá, preferuji měkké.
