Cons:

There is a whole robbing system set up in this hotel. I have spent night in 4 stars hotel, none have opened a grocery store in my own room.
I walked in my room found snacks on my table and a fridge full of drinks. Thinking they are welcome goodies. Turned out I got a $300 taken from my bank account.
What kind of rubbish is this? 🤔

El peor hotel que estuve en mi vida.
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

El trato del personal fue malo inútil y agresivo.
Reserve por booking y me cambiaron la tarifa intentando cobrarme más solo porque ellos lo decidieron.
Yo reservé con impuestos y gastos incluidos y me quisieron cobrar gastos nuevamente q eran 40 dólares la noche lo que incluía más impuestos.
El desayuno estaba incluido y dos mañana me quisieron hacer pagar.
Dos días no hubo agua caliente.
Fue mi peor experiencia en un hotel

El PEOR hotel en el que me hospedé alguna vez.
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

Me quisieron cobrar cargos inexistentes y tuve q discutirlos durante 2 horas.
El valor de mi reserva era mucho menor e inclusive mostrándoselos me quisieron estafar.
2 días sin agua caliente (me hospedé una semana)
El desayuno estaba incluido pero nadie te avisa q necesitas un boucher.
Algunas recepcionistas son algo agresivas.
Honestamente es el peor hotel en el que me hospedé no lo volvería hacer nunca.

Top tier tearoom experience!
Pros:

Had a wonderful time at The French Room! Brandon at the front takes amazing pictures! I own Ruby Tearoom in Belton and I would rate this as a top tier tearoom in Dallas. Love love love!

Best Coffee Experience Ever!!
Pros:

Phil, Levent, Teri, and Gaby are the best!! Love their cold brew and Americano!! I come 3x week and it’s a bonus that they open up at 6 am. It’s definitely something that I look forward to.

The Hotel is lovely and Staff is helpful and friendly. Jose was particularly hospitable and accommodating. Pedro is obviously a good manager.
