Our stay at the The Adolphus Hotel was made even better thanks to Nigel. He is truly outstanding. Nigel has a warm, welcoming personality and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. What impressed us most is that he is helpful before you even realize you need assistance always attentive, proactive, and genuinely pleasant.
It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such a natural, friendly approach to hospitality.
Thank you, Nigel, for making our visit even more memorable. The Adolphus is lucky to have you!
Pedro was amazing! His attention to detail was spot on. He made the stay perfect.
Location is great with lots of restaurants within a two or three block radius. City is pretty clean as well. Hotel was great for conferences, good food large meeting spaces and great staff. Nigel was great greeting people, very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him.
The drink and dinner refs were excellent!
The Rodeo bar was delicious - great service by Kyrie!!
A beautiful historic hotel with a rich history you can experience first hand by exploring the lobby, restaurants, and bars on the first levels. All the staff are very friendly and more than happy to assist (thanks Nigel for the history tour!).
From the first interaction with valet to Dan at the front desk helping me find a new pair of dress shoes for a wedding at the last minute, it is clear that they have thought through every detail. If you are looking to relax in a great atmosphere where someone else has thought of everything for you ahead of time, this is the place to go.
Absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff, great accommodations. Would highly recommend! Hubby and I had a great “stay-va-ton”’
Beautiful hotel but service is lacking. At check in they mentioned that they have a partnership with a gym nearby but when I called reception to ask how to use this service the agent didn’t know. She said, “you can call the gym to ask them”. Coffee pods were replenished with tea and decaf instead. When I asked the housekeeper in the hallway to replace it with regular coffee she said she ran out. Room service shares the guest elevators (maybe they don’t have service elevators) and they are rushing and crowding the elevator entrance so it is hard to get out with luggage. This is not the service I would expect from an Autograph hotel.
Excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The manager gave us an informative historical tour of the hotel. Location close to the Art District of Dallas.
Always a great stay here…clean spacious rooms, gorgeous historic property and lobby.
The team always wit a consistent friendly welcome but calling out Don and Rito in the restaurant for being absolutely amazing and welcoming each morning! Phenomenal service. Keep it up guys!
Will be back to hotel and restaurant.
Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful services, Eric at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Will return!
The staff on my current business trip have gone out of their way to assist and be accommodating. I had a scheduling error (caused by myself) that brought me into town a day later than my original reservation (and leaving a day before the original reservation had me down for). I noticed this before departing on my flight from my home state- and called the hotel. The phone was answered by Ryan- a live person at the true front desk, and he couldn’t have been more accommodating and results-oriented. He took care of things and ensured that I would have a room when I arrived- and fixed my schedule blunder on the back-end of the trip.
Clearly this was my own error, but they went out of their way to help me solve this, and with regular work travel I’ll say this type of service is becoming more difficult to find- as well as people like Ryan who clearly care. 5 stars for experience. The room is also clean, well laid out, spacious and quiet.
Nigel was amazing, very helpful & welcoming. Great personality. He deserves a raise! Now for the hotel, beautiful, exquisite, & the food at the French Room for afternoon was Top Tier! DEFINITELY a must see spot when visiting downtown Dallas!
I liked the atmosphere walking into the hotel.
I didn’t like my hotel room. I was moved from one due to the mildew smell and the other room still smelled like mildew. The carpet was old. The flooring was dirty. There was blood splatter on the wall and the floor. There was hair that was not mine in the shower drain. The room wasn’t clean.
Had the most excellent time! Couldn’t recommend staying here more. From Mr. Aguilera welcoming us to the great hospitality, couldn’t say anything better! The rooms were spotless, kept clean - just provided the best atmosphere.
We had a lot of negative experiences with valet in the past but Paul Green with the valet service, went above and beyond for us during our stay.
They clearly have responded to our previous feedback, and made for the best visit we’ve had to Dallas so far.
We will be back just for his hilarious anecdotes and great hair.
The rest of the hotel experience was and always is guest. The front desk is wonderful.
Jesus helped me at the entrance and I can’t say enough nice comments about him !
