Cleaning lady opened my door as i was getting out the shower. This was before our check out time. The latch on the door stopped her from entering. Why is the cleaning staff opening my door trying to enter the room before check out??

Excellent location to Disney & dining, price, beds, amenities and staff were all top tier.
Pros:

Requested a top level room so there would be no foot noise above us and we got an excellent room in a very quiet location…and hotel in general was quiet even though it was busy. Everything in the room was excellent…room size, beds and bath areas were all spacious. Tub in the bath was big and roomy. Beds were all comfy and everything worked well.

Cons:

The Internet was spotty but they were changing it to a new system. Everything else was spot on!!

Pros:

Location was great for our stay. Loved that we could walk to the Disney Parks and shopping. As well as easy in and out to get on the freeway. Pool area was great. Staff was friendly. As pictured. Room was perfect for my daughter and I. Beds were comfortable. Kcup machine, microwave and mini fridge was super handy!

Cons:

Could hear some noise from people outside and next to us. Not terrible.

Very old rooms. Old noisy aircons. No elevators to second floor rooms so had to carry luggage up stairs.
