Hotel ligt op een goede plek; vriendelijk personeel; kamer en faciliteiten slecht.
Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpunt is dat je vrijwel alleen in Engels kan communiceren.
"Moderne" douchekranen zijn heel moeilijk open en dicht te draaien.
Locatie is uitstekend i.v.m. bezoeken van Concertgebouw en musea.

Cons:

Kamer is erg klein. Er is geen plek om de koffer neer te zetten. Om de koffer te openen moet die op het bed worden gezet. In badkamer is er nauwelijks ruimte voor toiletspullen. Douche is niet te hanteren, vooral voor ouderen

Das Hotel reicht für ein Existenzminimum aber bietet eine der besten Lagen in Amsterdam.
Pros:

oberstes Stockwerk, kein Lärm, Fensterwand, gute Aussicht, für Notfälle einen Snackautomaten, Lage direkt am Vondelpark und am öffentlichen Verkehr

Cons:

-emotionsloses Personal
-keine Wartung der Mietfahrräder für stolze 19 Euro pro Tag (kein Profil, beschädigter Kettenschutz, keine Klingel, nicht funktionierendes Licht)
-schlechte Erreichbarkeit des Hotels bei einem Notfall (mussten 5mal anrufen; einmal nahm sogar ein Gast ab)
-Das eine Fahrrad hatte einen Platten; Hilfe unzureichend, wurden weitergeleitet und wurden nicht darüber informiert. nach erneutem Nachfragen erhielten wir dann eine Nummer, die wir kontaktieren mussten. Folglich mussten wir beide Fahrräder dort stehen lassen. Wir erhielten keine Entschädigung; nur Ersatzfahrräder nach einer einstündigen Rückreise um 21 Uhr abends
-Die Zimmer sind unsauber (Toilettenputzmittel wurde nur hineingeschüttet; nicht geputzt. Beim Öffnen der Toilette sahen wir lange Haare, die Dusche war nicht dicht und der ganze Boden wurde immer nass, die Duschhalterung funktionierte auch nicht richtig, warm/kalt war ok, der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt und das Licht im Badezimmer war düster)
-die Ausstattung war minimal, die Kaffeemaschine hatte nur ca 0.5dl altes Wasser enthalten, die Fernsehbedienung funktionierte auch nicht richtig
-Vom Zimmerservice wurden wir gefragt, ob wir diesen am dritten Tag in Anspruch nehmen wollten; wir verneinten dies und erhielten auf Anfrage neue Badetücher.
-Safe war verschlossen bei Ankunft; mussten dann den Zimmerservice kontaktieren, um diesen zu öffnen
-eine von drei Zimmerkarten funktionierte im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes nicht mehr
-Möbel waren stark abgenutzt, die Betten waren enorm weich und rutschten herum beim Schlafen
-Die Lobby-Toilette war mit Fäkalien verschmutzt und stinkte massiv

De locatie van dit hotel was goed. Je kon het centrum vlot bereiken met verschillende trams. In de buurt zijn er ook veel eetgelegenheden en winkels.

Cons:

Het personeel was niet zo vriendelijk. De kamer was ook niet al te proper, een bloedvlek op het tapijt, stof onder het bed. Qua hygiëne mag het beter.

lo recomiendo sin duda,sobretodo por el trato y la localización

la ducha no funcionaba del todo bien porque si encendías el grifo pequeño salía de arriba también y la jerga del baño no cerraba bien del todo
