Zweckerfüllend aber enttäuschend.
Pros:

Lage für meine Anforderungen gut.

Cons:

Man merkt dass man sich nicht besonders kümmert. Bei der Duschbrause kommt das Wasser überall raus, einige Steckdosen kaputt, Wasserhahn locker… alles Sachen die nicht teuer wären zu reparieren. Keine grossen Einschränkungen deshalb aber ei fach schade wie ich finde. Und das zweite Zimmer im Untergeschoss hatte nichts mit den Fotos auf booking zu tun. Dieses Zimmer war dann allerdings eine Zumutung.

Bene, ma si può migliorare
Pros:

La struttura comunque è in una buona posizione (attacato al Vondelpark), son 40 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma con Uber a 10€ di solito ci arrivi in un quarto d’ora.
La pulizia quando siamo arrivati era ottima.
Comodo il sito web offerto per gestire check in e out in autonomia e richiedere degli addons comodi per il soggiorno.
Molto utile la disponibilità per prenotare le biciclette che son davvero utili per questa città.

Cons:

Le scale sono solo per uso di emergenza, non abbiamo chiesto se potevano essere utlizzate normalmente ma il fatto che non ci siano delle scale per uso normale e solo l'ascensore può essere limitante.
Il cambio asciugamani non è avvenuto a cadenza quotidiana, un giorno li abbiamo dovuti richiedere alla reception. e non avevamo messo nessun cartello non disturbare
In più purtroppo c’è ne arrivato anche uno sporco, non abbiamo richiesto il ricambio perchè dovevamo andare via il giorno stesso.
Nella camera del seminterrato in cui eravamo purtoppo non arrivava il Wi-Fi bene, loro dicono che provandolo arrivava ma questo dicosrso può variare da telefono a telefono, questo punto lo possono ribattere se avevi degli access point in tutte le stanze ma penso non fosse presente nella nostra.
Ultimo problema è stata la nostra doccia che era troppo bassa fisicamente e non conteneva efficacemente l’acqua (2 vetri corti che coprivano i lati e il fondo della doccia non era abbastanza profondo), dopo una doccia il bagno veniva allagato (anche qua mi hanno contestato che si poteva alzare il doccino, non era possibile perchè c'era il soffito, era già al massimo dell'altezza).

Deludente rispetto alle aspettative
Pros:

Posizione e ambiente esterno pulito e decisamente tranquillo. 4 min a piedi dalla prima fermata tram disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura presenta una pulizia deludente, lenzuola sporche e igiene a dir poco imbarazzante. Abbiamo prenotato 3 doppie e una delle stanze è stata presentata con un odore di fogna, riconosciuto anche dal personale, tra l’altro poco comprensivo e collaborativo. La camera sostitutiva proposta è stata un interrato senza finestre, come alternativa decisamente di basso livello.

Il quartiere dove è situato è molto elegante.
La stanza quadrupla è molto grande.
Presente macchina del caffè nespresso con cialde.

Cons:

I servizi offerti dall'hotel erano scarsi, abbiamo chiesto perché non ci avessero sostituito le asciugamani bagnate e ci hanno risposto che la pulizia delle stanze è fatta a giorni alterni. Non c'è il kit nel bagno con cuffia della doccia, ecc e anche su nostra richiesta non ci è stato fornito. I materassi sono scomodi, troppo morbidi...si affondava. La pulizia non era ottimale, abbiamo trovato un tappo per le orecchie sporco in un cassetto
Il bagno si allaga dopo la doccia.
I bagagli si possono lasciare in hotel ma non in una stanza chiusa ma nella hall dell'albergo
Una finestra aveva un cartello di segnalazione "non apribile" e non è stata riparata nei nostri 5 giorni di permanenza.
