Besides the water being shut off, I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

I love how all the staff was warm and welcoming. I appreciated the location.

Cons:

The water went off on Monday, July 20th at 9am. I had a later flight that day and would have appreciated more rest time before having to fly. Unfortunately, I had to get up early to shower as there would be no water. This is something individuals should learn at booking not when you check-in.

Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff and beautiful and great location.
Pros:

Location was perfect and staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacey and gorgeous. Overall a pleasant experience!

Perfect choice for quick trip to Dallas!
Pros:

Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Dallas! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The lobby was in the process of being painted, but even with the work going on, you could appreciate how beautiful and historic it was. The room was nice, bed was comfy, and the bathroom, though small, was efficient. The best part of the stay was the great staff. Torian, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, offered suggestions, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Shout out to Dora, as well, for also making us feel valued. Housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room in top shape.
The only negative - the valet parking was very expensive and the valet was not always available. However, when we were stuck waiting, Torian stepped in to ensure our vehicle was taken care of.
