Esta bien ubicado pero todo lo demas es negativo hay otros hoteles mucho mejores

El Hotel esta en remodelacion, no hay lobby ni bar esta informacion deberian divulgarla en su pagina porque de haberlo me habria ido a otro hotel

Wonderful Room, Great Amenities, Friendly Staff
Pros:

My stay at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Dallas was absolutely terrific. The room was nicely appointed - great layout and good furnishings (nicer than I expected, compared to other hotels in the same price range). The bed was very comfortable, the thermostat worked beautifully, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and stocked with nice toiletries. They are in the process of renovating the hotel - but the construction in progress didn't take anything away from the great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Should be nice when its finished.
Pros:

Not a lot really but it was in fairness undergoing renovations. That was a shock on our arrival.

Cons:

As the hotel was undergoing renovations we accepted the tempory check in desk in the hallway. But the receptionist never once apologied for the appearance. While he wasn't rude at anytime he had a stern manner. The real proplem was hes misreading of our reservtion. We paid in advance for parking but he told us we could self park or else pay for valet parking.
Because he checked in both rooms separetly he did not see the parking included on the second room. when I pointed this out he said we should take it up with booking.com. It was only when he charged the second room more than the first room that he took interest and the valet parked the car. We didn't try breakfast as we were not expecting much based on our check in experience.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We recently stayed here for four nights.On arrival there was a makeshift reception as it is getting renovated, the the renovation work should be stated when booking, the room is small and modern rooms and beds are comfortable but there isnt too much storage space. You were able to hang your clothes within the bathroom space. Also bear in mind that there is no room safe.Breakfast was ok but small in choice.Staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the best Hotel Indigos
Pros:

This is one of my favorite Hotel Indigos I have stayed at! There was a lot of construction happening, but that did not prevent me from having a great stay. They gave me an upgraded room when I arrived, I had valet take care of my car, and I got to relax and enjoy my trip. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and I loved that the hot water was instant here even on the 4th floor. Lastly, every employee was so kind and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Dallas!

Arriving at a hotel at 2:30 in the morning after a long flight, with multiple delays and total exhaustion, should have one simple reward: a ready room and a bed to rest. At Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown, the reality was quite the opposite.
Our stay had been booked and fully paid for months in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist —whose name started with M— informed us that, due to a supposed “technical update,” they could not give us our room. Whether this explanation is true or not, what is completely unacceptable is that we were not warned in advance, especially when the hotel advertises a 24-hour check-in service.
What followed made the situation even worse: we were left waiting for nearly 40 minutes at 3:00 a.m., in a city we do not know, completely exhausted after our journey. It is incomprehensible that, with a confirmed reservation made months ago, the hotel did not have a room ready for guests whose late arrival was entirely foreseeable.
The lack of professionalism did not end there. When I asked to file a complaint, the receptionist refused to provide contact details for a manager or supervisor, which only increased the feeling of helplessness and poor customer service.
To make matters worse, the situation continued the next day: we left the room at 9:00 a.m., and when we returned at 11:00 p.m., we found that the room had not even been cleaned. A basic service —the absolute minimum expected from any hotel— was simply not provided, especially after such a disappointing experience.
In short, poor management, lack of foresight, inadequate customer care, and a complete absence of solutions. An experience far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category, and certainly not one I would recommend.

Restaurant and bar were closed, but that was OK. Gave me an opportunity to explore downtown.

I just stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown and I’ve gotta say, this place really surprised me in the best way.

I pulled up in an oversized vehicle and was honestly expecting it to be a whole thing, but the valet team made it completely stress-free. William, Harry, Trung, and Donaldson were awesome — super accommodating and just genuinely cool about everything. No awkwardness, no hassle. They handled it like it was no big deal and made me feel taken care of right away.

When I walked in, Miss Dora greeted me and she was incredible. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was good and that I felt comfortable. It didn’t feel forced or scripted — it felt real. That kind of energy makes such a difference.

Breakfast the next morning was just as great thanks to Miss Laticia. She’s warm, welcoming, and exactly the kind of person you want to see first thing in the morning. She really sets the tone for a good day.

My last stay in Dallas was at The Adolphus, which is beautiful and more upscale, but this stay felt way more home-like and personal. It just felt comfortable — like people actually cared that I was there.

Overall, easy 10 stars. I’d stay here again without even thinking about

We enjoyed our stay. Good hotel. Good location.
Pros:

Princeton at the front desk was so nice and inviting. The room was amazing!!! The view! The wifi! The bed was comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite and it was so spacious. The hotel was in walking distance to great food. It was very close to a scooter tour we went on. There was also a beautiful park right across the street that my hubby and I walked one night.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction. The valet area is not great. There was one valet guy (older black guy) who was rude and didn't get speak or get our keys. He had to come to our room later to get them. Other than that the location of the hotel was perfect.

Just why???
Pros:

Poor counter experience. Cars were parked with no driver in Valet. Entry way doors with signage that the doors were locked but there were no other entry doors accessible. Floor was wet and slippery with no signage to alert you.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for four days during MLK weekend and had a great experience. Although there is construction and renovations, taking place at the hotel, they caused no disruptions at all. It was central to everything and I appreciate that parking is available right across the street. Everyone from the desk staff to valet to the housekeeping team were phenomenal. I also love the fact that they have a microwave in the lobby, which is super difficult to find at most hotels. I would definitely stay here again, if visiting Dallas.
