Wonderful breakfast and efficient staff.
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel is close to conference centre but far from downtown (e.g. Uber to the Museo Oro is approximately 12 km). However the hotel is a short walk to Usaquen business/leisure area with shopping and restaurants, and we caught the Sunday Flea market as well, which is very nice. There is indoor swimming pool with a good length (probably around 25 m).
The room is spacious.

Cons:

We initially requested a higher floor but did not get, they assigned us to 3rd floor. Several mornings starting at 5 am we smell the cooking/baking in the room. Woke us up. Not bad enough to ask for a room change though.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Sono diversi anni che prenoto in questa struttura ogni volta che vado a Bogotà (una/due volte all'anno). Mi piace la clientela internazionale, i ragazzi della reception (Paola the best) che ogni volta cercano di accontentarmi assegnandomi la mia camera preferita, la colazione è fantastica come pure l'ambiente interno ed esterno, il bar è molto curato e rilassante ed invita prendersi un momento di relax durante la giornata, carinissime anche le ragazze del servizio; meravigliosa piscina, palestra e spa con ottimi trattamenti (massaggi top).
A due passi dall'hotel è ubicato il centro commerciale Santa Ana, con supermercato e diversi altri negozi (parrucchiere, manicure, ecc.) ed alcuni ristoranti all'ultimo piano tra cui il mio preferito Wok, camminando una decina di minuti si arriva all'altro centro commerciale Santa Barbara e da li' si raggiunge il gradevolissimo quartiere i Usaquèn con i suoi mercatini, ottimi ristoranti, negozi artigianali, una zona sicura e molto ben frequentata.

Cons:

Migliorerei assolutamente la qualità in generale delle diverse stanze e con questo intendo la moquette spesso macchiata e rovinata, piccole scrostature vicino alle finestre, avrei piu' cura di questi dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Pros:

Destaco especialmente la amabilidad y excelente atención de la recepcionista Luisa Bohórquez, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y con una actitud muy cordial. El desayuno fue extraordinario, de los mejores que he tenido, realmente excelente y muy completo.

Cons:

No me gustó la experiencia en la zona de spa. El sauna seco no mantenía una temperatura adecuada y estaba demasiado frío, al igual que la piscina. Además, el sauna húmedo funcionaba de manera intermitente y no era constante, lo que afectó el uso del servicio.
