Intentaré nunca m{as quedarme en un Hotel de la cadena NH
Cons:

Viajé a Bogotá por Congreso Médico y me asignaron el Hotel NH. Dado que yo me quedaría 3 noches mas reserve por mi cuenta con Booking. A ultimo momento el Congreso me asignó otro Hotel y me pagó todas las noches incluidas las extra. Intente cancelar las noches de NH lo cual me ofreció Booking. No pretendía que me cancelaran sin pagar nada pero tampoco pagar todo ya que no utilizaría la habitación. Envié la solicitud y recibí una respuesta bastante grosera y me cobraron todo. Muy desconforme

Pros:

I was in NH for work and arrived having some meetings, the WIFI is terrible. I asked for help, the staff put me in contact with some engineers that asked for my IP and kind of improved a little bit the speed but even tough, it was impossible to have a video call with camera open. Besides that, the room was extremely cold, I took the blanket in the closet but had a terrible night, waking up every half hour feeling cold.
