Room was clean. Location was great. It's walkable to the beach and the mall. I stayed on 18th floor and still could hear the car pass by.

5日滞在予定のうち、3日ずーっと雨だった。チェックアウト時、フロントで天気が良くなくてバットだった旨話していたら、気を悪くしたらしく、領収書を封筒に入れずに裸で渡された。

Stayed with my wife for 5 days for our honeymoon. The last 3 days, the main elevators were down, and the pool & pool bar were closed. One of the biggest reasons we booked Prince was to be able to hangout at the infinity pool and relax, as we just spent the last week adventuring Oahu. Not really happy about it honestly, and probably would not book again. Beautiful property and nice staff though.

The hotel was in a nice location. I could take nice walk to Waikiki beach, Magic island, or Ala Moana shopping center, where I could hop on a bus. The view of the ocean from the room was beautiful. It was nice that the window could be opened so that we could take pictures without reflection on the glass window.

I was very satisfied to spend my time in Hawaii at such a wonderful hotel. I would love to stay here again on my next visit.We were delighted by the breathtaking views, exceptional hospitality, and wonderful cuisine. My daughter and I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories of Hawaii.
We were blown away by the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Location is a little far out if you want the nightlife but only a five minute Uber or 30 minute walk to the main downtown Waikiki. The staff was so great. We will 100% come again.
Small shower head with weak water pressure. Food selection on the $35 buffet breakfast is just ok. Beds are comfy. Fitness room is small, not enough space to lay a mat to stretch. Small pool is not heated.
This was the BEST vacation I have ever had on O’ahu. What an exceptional hotel with the most professional and kindest staff. I will ALWAYS stay at the Prince Waikiki.
I really appreciate the size of this resort--not overly large like your typical resort. It has everything you need with three restaurants, two bars, beautiful pool, gym, spa, rooms with amazing views from Diamond Head to West side of the island, and such great staff. Perfectly located steps away from Ala Moana Shopping Center and Waikiki.
到着がお昼くらいでしたが高層階希望かすぐ案内できる部屋か選択させてもらえ、15時まで待って高層階の部屋を案内をしていただきました。見晴らしがよく素晴らしい眺望でした。

We stayed in an oceanfront room, and the view was absolutely wonderful.
With the king bed, the room also had an L-shaped sofa, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
Overall, everything was excellent. The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower felt slightly low, but aside from that, it was a fantastic experience.
Our room was harborview on the 26th floor. It was a good view, however, we had hoped the hotel would have balconies, not just large sliding windows. That was probably the worst thing, so all in all it was a great stay.
