Tolles Hotel mit prima Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönen, zeitgemäßen Zimmern. Es war super sauber, man hatte einen tollen Blick und direkt im Hotel ein Café sowie Gym und Pool.

Cons:

Auf den Zimmern gab es Kaffee und Tee, aber leider keine Tassen/Becher. Diese wurden erst nachgereicht. Einen Tag kam einfach der Zimmerservice nicht, obwohl wir von 08-18 Uhr nicht da waren und kein Schild an der Türe hatten. Am Pool gab es leider keine Sonnenschirme, sodass man nicht dort liegen konnte.

Gorgeous hotel in Honolulu.
Pros:

Beautiful accommodation at the airport side of Honolulu. Loved the views from both our room and the pool area. Great spot to watch the Friday night fireworks from the pool deck. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

It is a little way out of the centre of Honolulu which suites us to be honest. Maybe about twenty minute walk. But still lots of restaurants and bars around.

Exceptional
Pros:

The view from your room is exceptional. The pools and hot tub and perfect. Your room is clean and they provide robes and sleepers.
Location is perfect for the city, close to restaurants, they have two really good restaurants right at hotel. Plus coffee shop in lobby. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing, clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

Amazing location, great food! Highly recommend the club lounge access. Everyone at the hotel was super nice! Especially the lounge staff. I just wanted to say thank you to Rochelle at the front desk for being absolutely amazing!!! The room was clean and insanely luxury bathroom!

Pros:

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, el espacio era agradable y con excelentes vistas. El equipamiento en las habitaciones.

Cons:

Al hotel le falta poco por mejorar, pero algunos puntos importantes son; mejorar desayuno con mas variedad de comidas para personas de occidente. Las camas no eran tan agradables. En general bien.

Clean. Good location.
Pros:

Room was clean. Location was great. It's walkable to the beach and the mall. I stayed on 18th floor and still could hear the car pass by.

一泊滞在後に、景色が違う部屋への変更をダメ元で依頼してみたら、ちゃんと変えてくれた！

Cons:

5日滞在予定のうち、3日ずーっと雨だった。チェックアウト時、フロントで天気が良くなくてバットだった旨話していたら、気を悪くしたらしく、領収書を封筒に入れずに裸で渡された。
