Modern, good view, spacious, close to the shopping mall, nice sushi restaurant. I spent good amount of time within the hotel, so it is quite relax.
It is not very close to Waikiki beach, however there are other beaches nearby. Elevator is a little bit old.
Great location to the beach and Ala Moana Mall
View and location
Very noisy at the harbour
Everyone was kind and helpful. The restaurants were great, the location was awesome.

Boa localização, apartamento excelente.
Cobrança de taxa de SPA de 45 dólares por dia, não citada na reserva do Booking.
Hotel is pretty. The buffet is not very worth it. 90 dollars for small snow crab legs and some shrimp…
James was so helpful in resolving our parking problem. The gal I made the reservation with for 60 people said each guest must see server to determine parking time and pay if time greater than 2.5 hrs. We hosts wanted to pay the $7, but she said they have to do each driver's ticket & guest would have to pay the machine. It would have been disruptive for each guest as we would have had to receive the receipt & cut a check to each driver. Ridiculous! But James said he could put a sticker on the ticket & us hosts pay the $5, and guests can drive out whenever. It was great customer service!
They were also attentive and kept the room clean, removing dishes & refilling water, taking beverage orders, etc. James gives excellent customer service and we will return because if him! Thank you.
We ate at the Prince Waikīkī 100 Sails buffet and it was absolutely top tier!
James was our server and he was fantastic #1! All the staff made the whole experience amazing! 100% would recommend!
Great service and friendly attitude. We especially liked Willene. Good food too!
We had a great experience at the Prince Waikiki and especially enjoyed our last night dinner at the 100 Sails restaurant with our servers Willene and Gavin. The rooms were quiet and the housekeeping staff were very conscientious. The food, service and ambiance at 100 sails were excellent! Book your next stay at the Prince Waikiki.
Great hotel at a great location. Marina across the way is dirty and there’s no hotel beach. Pool is very windy. Location is great and you can walk to beaches and rent chairs.
We were impressed by the hospitality at Prince Waikiki far more than we had imagined. We were especially impressed by the club lounge and the breakfast at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar.
Although we understand that having the bathtub and shower separated is unavoidable, it was a little inconvenient to use.
We would love to come back again.
Close enough to walk to lantern festival but views of it from room were obscured. No shuttle stop, must walk to Ilikai. Not far but not convenient or especially safe if alone.
Willene is a fantastic server. Always checking to see how we’re doing and if we need anything. So happy we had her as our server. Will ask for her next time we’re there.
