Las instalaciones del hotel estan acordes a su precio; el servicio en recepción y garaje fue excelente...el restaurante regular- malo en el tema de desayuno, tanto servicio como producto no cumple las expectativas q se piensa.
Es de resaltar la actitud con la q se intenta brindar un buen servicio; espero mejoren las pequeñas fallas y sigan saliendo adelante....

Para empezar mi experiencia no fue buena ta que la descripción del lugar decía que era a 3 minutos caminado a los termales el cual era el sitio que realmente quería visitar y me encuentro en un hotel el la ciudad a 30 minutos de termales

Rooms on first floor are on top of the garage so lots of car alarms noise. No windows so super hot can't breathe in those rooms
