God pladsering på Frederksberg
Pros:

Meget god service i receptionen.
Dejlig stort og indbydende loungeområde.
Trodt nogle mindre gener et fint hotel som jeg gerne kommer tilbage til.
Tæt på Metro er et stort plus.

Cons:

Ikke store sager men værdt at nævne:
Lidt træg service i baren.
Lidt mærkelig indretning (alt i sort eller mørkeblå) og især belysning på værelset (Juniorsuite). Belysningen var helt forfærdelig i "stuen". Jeg kunne ikke være der.
Der var for få pladser til morgenmaden. Jeg måtte vente nogen minutter for at få plads. Mange single eller to-personer optog større bord. Hvis man kan lægge op til flere mindre borde eller bordeling kan det løse problemet.

Pros:

Large room , comfortable bed and view being on the 10 th floor

la limpieza de la habitación era deplorable, con comida debajo de las camas, lo que atraía insectos que nos picaron por la noche, y, tras insistir, nos cambiaron de habitación de madrugada. El olor del hotel tampoco era agradable.

Großes Hotel mit toller Bar, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Die Lage in einem lebendigen Viertel, direkt an einer U-Bahnstation, ruhige Zimmer

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Zimmer, kein Schrank

Pros:

La colazione è fantastica , anche solo quella merita il soggiorno. La camera è comoda e accogliente e il letto è big size. La posizione è perfetta perché vicino alla metropolitana, con una delle tre linee disponibili collegata direttamente all'aeroporto.

Emplacement idéal proche des commerces et du métro
Accueil du personnel souriant et poli
Literie confortable

Cons:

Chambre très proche de l’ascenseur donc un peu bruyante
Salle de bains très petite ,pas de tapis de bain et nettoyage douche laissant à désirer
TV qui dis fonctionne
Prestations chères et pas dignes d’un hôtel de cette classe qui par ailleurs est très clinquant quand on arrive à l’hotel

Night before cruise
Pros:

Good location close to shops and restaurants . The metro is 1 block away. Lobby area is big with lots of seating. The bar is right there Restaurants in hotel are good price choice of food. Good place to stay before your cruise. Uber stops out side door. It's close to same price to use Uber than taking the metro to cruise terminal

They charge you for early check in. Hold you to the 2 pm check in with out paying extra.
