Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr vielseitig, das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer sind sehr leise, die Betten sehr bequem.

Well located and good staff. Warm rooms.
Pros:

Staff was lovely and foyer spacious and location excellent.

Cons:

The room was too warm. Temperature continued to rise at night although we shut the window to allow the "ventilation" to work so we opened the window again. We were on the 10th floor and the window didn't really cool us down much.

Sehr nett, gute Lage direkt an der U Bahn.

Cons:

Es war ein starkes Urlaubswochenende und daher zu wenig Platz im Frühstückensbereich. Das Personal hat sich aber sofort darum gekümmert und Plätze geschaffen. Also kein Problem.

Bathroom smelled of old piss - really gross
Room not particular clean
Outlets follow European standard not Danish - or I should have prepared better.
TV system crashed every 15 seconds to 2 min. Rather useless.
