Pros:

Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Denis at reception for his help during our stay.

Cons:

The rooms were quite warm and it was very difficult to cool them down when the windows didn’t open in many of them

I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel lobby was perfect with a big area where you could relax plus a bar are and a restaurant. It was ideal when we were back from a full day, to be able to sit there with our friends and our kids for a couple of hours before going to bed.
The breakfast was great too with lots of options and great quality of food and drinks.
The metro station was literally 5 mins walking and only 2 stops from the city centre.

Pros:

La situación al lado del metro. La habitación es funcional y comoda. La zona está bien, tienes todos los servicios y está bien comunicada.
