Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.
A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note.
Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly.
The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience.
The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories.

The management totally 100% ruin my daughters bday celebration.
Discrimination as its finest. They told me that all my visitors needs to leave at 8 pm and stop the party. There is nonparty , its bday dinner celebration. They have been saying someone complaint about noise, guest complaint about they can hear our step from the unit underneath us??! They advertise that each unit is soundproof for god sake, then where in the world theres noise complaint? When my family used the pool, the front desk keep calling us again to our room and this is what tjey said. Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool, so if i could tell them to get out there?! They are my family! and my sis in law my brother and their children, my daughter and their cousins, they were all kids enjoying the pool. We even reserve the pool for my family so they can enjoy it. Bad treatment! Discrimination ! Worst experienced! I felt sorry for my family and visitors, the godparents of my daughters for the way they treat us that night, it was a nightmare! Thats why we all left the property at 12 midnight, we cant handle it anymore! Discrimination/ harrasment! were not talking about just small amount , we paid $3,535, and definitely they are not worth not even a single penny! This is pent house , its a big hotel unit! But they been telling us were not allowed to this , we cant do that etc! They should know how to treat people with dignity and respect, not only for the registered guests but for the family of their guests! This is really unacceptable! Me and my family felt so humiliated, excessive complain, this is not right! Too much! Emotional stress they gave us, i felt sorry for my love ones, this is not acceptable, for god sake this is not acceptable! Just becoz were not tourist, were just locals, we are residents of hawaii , they will treat us like garbage??! We will pursue this to seek justice.
Excellent Location!
Everything was perfect.
We were first greeted with champagne and snacks which was nice to come to from a long flight. Our room was decorated with a “happy birthday” sign which was a surprise and they accommodated that we were
celebrating my daughters wedding. All the staff are friendly and very hospitable which made our stay very memorable. The hotel was clean and spacious. Love the amenities the hotel provided. We enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!
