Great spot for a quick trip where you want to be close to the airport. Restaurant is attached, which is also a plus! Special thanks to Forrest at the front desk who went above and beyond in helping us with a special request.

This property cancelled our prepaid reservations. Knowing we were arriving late, we paid to ensure we had a room. However, upon arrival (before 11:30p p.m.), we found they had already cancelled our stay. We were then told they canceled reservations at 11:30p - AFTER we arrived! It really sucked looking for another place after midnight. Not happy - not cool - won't think about staying there again!
It was a very nice hotel
This property is updated, nicely decorated and clean. The shuttle is greatly appreciated, runs often and is on call. There are some nice properties in the area but this area is primarily hotels and industrial park
Good cheap room. Beds comfortable. Perfect for 1 night. One downside, no microwave in the room. We had to use the one in the breakfast area.
Check in at 3:30 took 45 minutes bc the room wasn’t ready. The bathroom floor in our handicapped access room was very slippery when wet — slick untextured tile sloping to the drain. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This stay was a disaster. Our key didnt work so we had to go back to the front, it was still difficult to get in our room. We didnt have a microwave and had to heat up our food in the lobby. The elevator didnt work so we had to walk to the other side of the hotel and take the stairs. We went to the pool and there were no towels. The floor was dangerously slick and the hot tub dirty. Once we got back to our room there was no bedding for the hideaway bed we needed. We called the front and got put on hold for ten minutes. Then had to go get it ourselves and make the bed. We didn't have enough towels in our room and had to share. We had to leave for a flight before breakfast and I was disappointed that they didnt have any sort of to go bags or anything for us to take as we have had this service at other airport hotels nearby. This hotel honesty was one hit and miss after another and I fully regret spending money to stay here. We wouldve been better off at nearly ANY other hotel.

Enjoyed staying
AC was broken for two nights before they switched us rooms. Breakfast was poorly stocked and infrequently refilled. No maintenance assistance for a clogged toilet upon arrival. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day but we only got it once in 6 nights. Attached Perkins restaurant was not a real Perkins. It had incredibly poor service and bad food with a limited menu and no table service. Front desk employee literally told me to wait a minute because she was on a personal call and never returned. Took nearly an hour and two requests to get any pool towels. Waited at the front desk with no employee in sight at least 3 times during my stay.
Definitely disappointed. Definitely not Hilton standard even for a subsidiary. Would not book here again.

The property was nice enough. The rooms were large and tidy however, when we checked in the front lady looked distraught she had just been yelled at by a guest prior to us. She was all alone. She indicated that she had been alone since 4 PM and that nobody else was around to help. She needed to be the cleaning staff and the front desk agent and take care of all the issues many rooms were not clean completed our room lacked sheets on the bed. Options for breakfast were very limited no dining around the restaurant other than Wendy’s.
