Although it was really convenient to to have the Shuttle pick me up from the airport & get me to the hotel, I must say the ride back to the airport at 3am a day later was a little stressful. The same driver was clearly very angry about having to make the quick trip....slamming doors , chucking my bag into the van & driving like a nutt.
The indoor pool was very large and nice. Ideal for the chilly weather! Location is perfect, plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner options in that area.
One of the elevators did not work. During check in the staff was not very nice, they did not allow us to keep our car at the entrance while we did check in procedures. I was asked to drop bags in the lobby, go park it somewhere and come back. This was quite late, all spots were full, so it took me a while to park and come back.
Only 6 miles to downtown, good rates, quiet, clean, FREE parking.

Well I booked a day in advance and paid in full only to arrive and they gave my room away. And the staff at front just didn’t care I ask how is that possible when I paid in full for that room and had called the day before and all was ok. So I felt that was crappy customer service to just give someone’s room away room away and then say oh we are out of these room we can give u this one. No discount no apology nothing. And then parking they had none at all I had to park on the curb and so did many otheres because door dashers was parking in spots for guest to deliver food.
$17 for a limited breakfast was too much when other hotels were free for the same meal.
Everything they are very nice and helpful and the room was amazing
