Ok but not worth the money I paid
Pros:

The staff was friendly bed was comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom in the workout area had nats flying and dead, and it smelled like death. There was a spider in our room. It was loud all the time

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Last minute trip, but was able to easily book at a great rate. The pool was large and my kids enjoyed being the only ones in it. They also enjoyed watching all the planes landing (you could not hear them). The beds were comfortable. It was a short over night stay, but would stay here again.

Cons:

The pillows could use come improvements.

I would never stay here again . Check out Holiday Inn Express or some other hotel . You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

They had a shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

Three words , Dark, Dingy, Disappointing
Start , I was pick up by the hotel shuttle at airport . The driver failed to pick up my bags to put into shuttle . Did not provide assistance to get into shuttle . It was difficult for me . The driver for morning shuttle to airport was very kind and courteous, he was Albina . He was very helpful .
Next , the room which I paid $200 for , was dark .
And the bed was hard , pillows lumpy. Uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep . I slept in a chair which was also uncomfortable . My room over looked the top of a roof and bright lights beamed in my room the whole time .
Last , the microwave was dirty , smelled like spaghetti! And the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointed

Pros:

Location, Hospitality, and room layout and bed.

Cons:

The toilet struggled with flushing and dead ants were coming up through the toilet in the water. I picked the room online with a King Size Bed, and when I arrived they had booked in a handicapped room. I had to have it changed upon arrival. I also picked this hotel because it advertised free breakfast but when we went to eat breakfast, I was told it was not included. I had to ask for breakfast vouchers.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Comfortable room & bed. Great food & bartender. Easy check in.

Cons:

Although it was really convenient to to have the Shuttle pick me up from the airport & get me to the hotel, I must say the ride back to the airport at 3am a day later was a little stressful. The same driver was clearly very angry about having to make the quick trip....slamming doors , chucking my bag into the van & driving like a nutt.

Convenient location
Pros:

The indoor pool was very large and nice. Ideal for the chilly weather! Location is perfect, plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner options in that area.

Cons:

One of the elevators did not work. During check in the staff was not very nice, they did not allow us to keep our car at the entrance while we did check in procedures. I was asked to drop bags in the lobby, go park it somewhere and come back. This was quite late, all spots were full, so it took me a while to park and come back.
