Great hotel, good location , perfect stay
Pros:

Great hotel, lovely clean room with nice linen and huge beds.
Stayed an extra night as it was so comfy.

I had booked the room in advance and arrived at the hotel to rest after driving for about 13 hours. The room they gave me was right next to the elevator motor. A loud noise echoed through the room until morning. On top of that, the fire alarm went off around 4 a.m. Even though it was a false alarm, we had to make our way down from the top floor. There wasn’t even an announcement to clarify the situation.

Typical large city hotel. Expensive and underwhelming.
Pros:

Check in clerk was kind.

Cons:

I feel like they pick your floor based on why you're in town (big concert), so we were stuck with all the other people there for the concert, which resulted in people being loud af in the halls late at night and at 6am.
$20 for powdered eggs and overcooked sausage? Pffft. Bathroom wasn't quite clean either.

Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had, with poor service, an unclean

Location is good for the airport

Cons:

The airport shuttle experience got the stay off to a terrible start. I waited over 50 minutes despite calling the hotel for assistance. The staff weren't very helpful and eventually just told me to look for a bus with "Radisson" on the side. Because of the way the airport buses arrive, not every bus passes where you're standing, and there are no announcements. I looked at several buses and didn't see the shuttle, only to discover it was parked behind another bus at the very end. By the time I found it, it was completely full. It also didn't have Raddison on the side of it but a slogan!

When I asked the driver about the return shuttle schedule, he responded rudely, saying, "I don't know, 15 minutes." Despite his attitude, I still tipped him, and he didn't even acknowledge it or say thank you.

After a 21-hour travel day, I went straight to bed. The next morning I discovered multiple insects in the room, along with 100s of dead fruit flies, dust everywhere, and clear signs that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time the vents were caked in it.

The hotel did refund the room, which I appreciated, but I had already paid for incidentals and breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast was mediocre, and the service wasn't much better. The server spent most of the time on his phone and even brought me the bill to sign while I was still eating.

Overall, while I appreciate that the hotel refunded my room, the poor shuttle service, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing dining experience made for a very unpleasant stay.

Mostly good and check in staff were very helpful
