The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of the night market and surrounded by plenty of eateries and dining options. The front desk staff were polite, respectful and very helpful. I particularly appreciated their assistance when I requested help with printing and scanning a document.
The room was generally comfortable and acceptable, but it did not particularly stand out in terms of ambience, facilities or overall cosiness. The room and its facilities could be improved to provide a more welcoming and comfortable experience for guests.

Location near airport, most of the staff are courteous and the room is clean.
Room has no view, when check in encounter a little problem. Just because i am asian, was not serve immediately instead a white came in n was serve before me even though i was the first in the queue.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel. Tolles Frühstück in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten. Im Poolbereich sehr komfortable Liegen.

Zu kühl klimatisiert für meinen Geschmack.
Gym recht klein und relativ bescheiden ausgestattet.
Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Alternative zu Milch gäbe, wie Hafermilch, Sojamilch oder laktosefreie Milch.

Location was good, close to night markets, most tours will pick up from this location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Everything was clearly labelled with a seperate vegetarian section on some days. Had lunch twice in the restaurant during our stay, food was good. Will definitely stay again.
Shower cubicle a bit narrow. Would be nice to have a hook to hang the hand towel near the sink. Fitness centre missing an exercise bike. Otherwise all good.
